Fantastic experience: Rach has the most gentle hands in the world, also her soft voice made my daughter very clam and comfortable. Mary removed water out quickly with her magical small suction to avoid choking. We all know that It's not easy to have Filling procedure for a 5yo girl, but you guys did it amazingly, thank you so much! And we also want to thank Cathy too, she called us once have cancellation with Rach, so that all things can be fixed ASAP. Thank you Twinkle team! 2025: Kept shopping round for ortho treatment, finally we chose Briana, as she even has ortho patients coming from Gold Coast and the other places far away. Just start the treatment recently will update when treatment finished.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love coming here! Dr Jaime is so wonderful with my three little boys. She talks them through everything before she does it so they feel comfortable and not afraid. She's quite patient and calm with them so it makes it easy to book and my children actually look forward to their dentist appointments. I like that she also takes time to explain things and gives advice on how to better care for our teeth. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Jaime and her asistant to be absolutely fantastic. I had 2 major fillings and 1 hour in the chair and was treated with great consideration and genuine kindness. The work done totally professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the great lengths they went to make sure i was as comfortable as possible. The hygienic measures were exceptional especially given the current covid situation. I could not be more satisfied. Thank you

Negative experience: I'll share my experience and you make your own mind up about if you want to come here. My original dentist moved to the city so I needed somewhere to get my teeth cleaned. During my last visit I was told: - A bottom tooth was cracked because I grind my teeth - I should buy a splint for night time - I was going to need a root canal on the tooth - The one above it was also looking like it needed some work - I should book back in asap I went to my original dentist for a second opinion and to do the work if needed and he said, "I can do the root canal if you want, but I don't really see a need to." Turns out that the top tooth filling had worn and was putting pressure on both nerves, so by simply changing the profile of the top tooth, with no needles or drilling, my tooth pain has completely stopped. So I basically saved thousands of $$ and hours of time by not agreeing to have a completely unnecessary procedure - or two. I'm not suggesting dishonesty, but certainly there was a competence issue in this particular case.
