Fantastic experience: Went to clinic thinking it was open on Xmas Eve afternoon, they were doing office Reno's and graciously attended to my issue even though they were closed, extremely happy with treatment and very friendly and efficient would recommend everyone to go there

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rutherford Dental!! All the staff are so down to earth and extremely kind. I get really anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, but as soon as I met Dr Gen, I knew I was in great hands. She was so warm and sweet, patting my shoulder when she sensed I was getting anxious and comforting me and adding some jokes to make me laugh which made me feel safe. Even the whole process of getting a tooth removed went so smoothly and she was so gentle throughout the whole procedure which I really appreciate as I’ve been to plenty of dentists who are not only intimidating but also quite rough. If you’re like me and the thought of seeing a dentist scares you too, then this place is definitely one to try, you’ll have a much better experience than anywhere else

Fantastic experience: Dr. gen all the way, myself having gone through alot with dentist she was the best, explaining to you every step and giving best advice. What sets her apart is how she goes above and beyond to ease any anxiety, especially after hearing my fears due to past bad experiences at other practices. The simple yet thoughtful gestures that she uses whilst administering anaesthetic and constantly checking to ensure you're comfortable, truly make her and this practice exceptional. The extra care, attention, and kindness she provided made me feel more at ease than I ever have at any dental practice. Team Leader Kat was equally outstanding, offering unwavering support and care for the duration of my visit. Her professionalism and compassion are integral to the success of this incredible dental practice.

Fantastic experience: If you have a fear of dentists, (like I do!) then this is the place you need to go to. It was hard for me to go today but I am pleased I saw it through... Gen is AMAZING, she thoroughly explains the issues and gives you all options for you to decide which treatment best fits you. Gen makes you feel so comfortable. She is caring and gentle. I felt like my long life fear of the dentist left me as I walked out of the surgery today. She also willingly listened to me when explaining my fears today and was so reassuring. Reagan who is Gen's assistant is such a beautiful and caring young lady. She made the whole process feel so much better . Reagan, your personality is one of kind. Also a mention to Cass (cath) in reception, sorry I'm not sure of correct name. I've spoken to her a few times making other appointments for my family and she is just a ray of sunshine! Charlotte was wonderful today too. My son saw Riki for a clean and check up a few weeks back. My blonde said he was amazing, so kind and gentle and gave wonderful advice. Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Dr Gen and the staff more highly! My partner and I have always been so worried about going to the dentist and all the work we need done but Gen has made us feel so comfortable, welcomed and not judged. We both use the gas as we are anxious and she talks us through everything and even plays our favourite music to help relax us more. My partner and I are beyond happy with the service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ever again, thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Super easy to book online. I booked online on a Saturday and got in on the Monday. The office has a great atmosphere. Very down to earth and practical. The equipment is modern, everything very clean, and happy employees. Genevieve was a very nice person, and she explained the problem and solution for my daughter’s teeth clearly and respectfully. The actual work on the tooth was gentle and efficient, and the finished look was great (was a front tooth). So glad I found this practice. I’ve already booked my other daughter in, and plan on taking all my kids here, as well as myself and husband. Again, so grateful to have found such kind and skilled people and so close to home!

Everything went well, Dr Gen was great and made me feel really comfortable. The nurses were also really great and friendly. Fantastic experience: We recently had a visitor to our beautiful hunter region with excruciating pain in their tooth. A visit to Rutherford dental made all his worries and concerns easily manageable. Marianne at the front reception and Louise the dentist made the whole experience of extracting the tooth extremely comfortable and pain free . Fantastic experience: I layed back in chair and i had 4 teeth removed,i was so shocked at how long it took,it felt like i was in the chair for an hour but i checked the time and it was 35 minutes,they kept checking to see if i had recieved enough anesthetic before continuing on with procedures.very gentle considering i had to get 4 teeth ripped out.

Fantastic experience: It's a mother and daughter and one other, female, doctor clinic. I received quality treatment from the daughter, Genevieve Narwot ( a German name). The prices charged were most competitive and she knew what she was doing (unlike another less-than competent dentist in Rutherford, whose name I wont libel). I'm moving back to Sydney, yet even though there are a sqillion dentists in that over-burgeoning metropolis, I shall return to see Dr Genevieve N for future treatments.

Fantastic experience: After my wife attended another dental practice located in Maitland who were going to do the complete wrong procedures for her problem ...and felt it necessary that she see and oral surgeon ....she called Ash at Rutherford Dental . My wife was seen straight away and received excellent care and treatment immediately ....without the un necessary visit to an oral surgeon who would of pulled out the completely wrong tooth ! I cant speak highly enough of this practice who offer personal dental care of the highest standard. I highly recommend them
