Fantastic experience: I've been seeing doctor Dr Tharani De Silva for many years now. I can't recommend her and the practice staff highly enough. She is a kind, caring dentist who has her clients’ best interests at heart. She makes the experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. I even started to fall asleep during a root canal. You can’t get more comfortable than that.

Fantastic experience: I was in urgent need of a wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Russell was awesome and the procedure was quick and easy. Very reasonable price too which caught me by surprise. I’ll be back for anything dental related!

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience getting my smile academy retainers at Kedron Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Tharani De Silva took the time to explain the entire process, answering all my questions patiently. The treatment itself was smooth and much more comfortable than I expected. I love how discreet the aligners are - most people don't even notice I'm wearing them! The results have been amazing, and I'm so much more confident with my smile now. I highly recommend Kedron Dental to anyone considering Invisalign. They truely do go above and beyond for their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr De Silva and her team are the best. They've been my dentist for a few years now and given me fillings, a root canal and a crown as well as whitening and check ups. I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the practice.

Negative experience: Do not go here! They over charge for a simple check up and clean which totalled over $400. For reference other dentists charge $99 - $150. Please do not go here, save your money! Update: As someone who has had a family member go here and who paid the bill, I would say I am entitled to make a review. Their reply clearly shows that they also lack in customer service. Ps. My name is Emelia xx Update 2: Thank you for deleting your previous reply, I see transparency is a core value of this company. Although, it seems as though you've taken aboard the customer service feedback and made the appropriate changes. However, it appears to me that you lack the basic reading and comprehension skills needed to understand my review, so let me be crystal clear... My review/feedback has nothing to do with my healthfund or anything of that matter. It is simply the cost of the service. Paying over $400 for a simple 15 min check up and clean is not "a reasonable price". As such, my review aims to provide some much needed transparency in regards to pricing for this dental centre to assist other potential clients in making informed decisions. I really hope that there is no further misunderstanding in regards to this matter as I feel like I have been as clear as possible.

Negative experience: Very shocked walking in under the impression that the quoted price for the check and clean somehow then changes to $258 out of pocket. When the original price provided was $152 which would of been covered by my private health. No request aproval to or from the patients. Shockingly every single component in that clean is itemised and charge separate to the clean cost. If you want to walk about a few hundred dollars lighter for a service that can be done at any other dentist and still be covered, then go right ahead. Overall Shocking experience. EDIT Yes my health fund would cover it 100% if it was at a reasonable price. Even if it was $100 out of pocket so be be it. But over $400 for a first time check and clean is outrageous. Edit: Perhaps i didn't make myself clear. Due to the fact that you charge more than other dentists, customers should be aware that there will most likely be a significant gap. Whereas at other dentists, it would 100% covered. My private health is to not blame but rather the outrageous pricing. I'm just trying to be transparent :) On that note, perhaps you should display your actual pricing, I would hate for this dental clinic to continue to be misleading.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for a few years. Wonderful place, receptionists go above and beyond even rocking my baby as I was been looked after!! Have seen both doctor De Silva and Dr Russell and cannot recommend them both enough. Very friendly, welcoming practice who will try their hardest to fit you in for an urgent appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr J Wodeyar from Kedron Dental Centre extracted a wisdom tooth for me. I was *mildly terrified* of the procedure - a previous tooth extraction at another dentist hadn't gone well, and I was very anxious about having the procedure. Dr Wodeyar was great - he talked me through the process, communicated so I knew exactly what to expect both before and after the procedure. He repeatedly checked in throughout the extraction to make sure I wasn't in any pain. The whole thing was far less panic-inducing than I thought it was going to be. I really recommend Kedron Dental Centre - especially if the thought of going to the dentist makes you nervous.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I’ve ever had! I came to see Dr De Silva with severe sensitivity after having work done at another clinic. Dr De Silva’s whole approach was so calming and reassuring, she instantly made me feel at ease. After receiving treatment on my teeth I have been completely pain free and feel like a new person! I can’t thank her enough for helping me feel normal again. Will be taking my whole family to see her from now on.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, and great place to go for Dental work. Really professional and friendly staff from the front desk to the Dental assistants. Saw Dr Annie, and highly recommend. She's a great communicator before, during and after the treatment. Hardly felt the needle and she is thorough with attention to detail. Plus super convenient location with heaps of parking out the back.

Fantastic experience: BRILLIANT Dentist! Been going to this dentist for almost 30 years... The team here are friendly, helpful & most importantly... You can TRUST that they will do their very best to help you - not like some other dentists I have encountered who just seem to want to bill you for unnecessary procedures.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for my son to have a clean and check up t your practice. I shopped around for a place with good reviews and a fair price. When I called purposely asked for the cost of a clean and checkup and was advised that it would only cost $185.00. We turned up for the service a few minutes late and left 30 minutes later. It cost me $313.00 ($128 more than quoted). Although I can't complain about the quality of the service, I would request that you be me more honest in the representation of your services. There is a big gap between the quoted $185 and the actual price we paid. We won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist, Medibank Member so makes claims a breeze, had a checkup today and was told teeth are all good so pretty happy with that, even had a clean and general checkup, Dentist was honest and approachable, Will be back in 6 months for my next checkup

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practise. Both dentists are experienced, friendly and professional with a breadth of experience. Children are very welcome, I take my child their regularly for checkups. The other staff are friendly and the interior is modern and spotless. Parking can be a bit tight but there is plenty of free parking on the street.
