Fantastic experience: I loved being able to book an appointment via online the night before my flight from Brisbane to Melbourne to get a filling as part of my tooth and temporary filling had come off. The place was right across from the hotel I was staying at. Dr Vishal Makadia is professional and friendly and made me feel as ease. He did a beautiful job of fixing my tooth.

It’s the day after my filling, and it doesn’t even feel like I had any dental work done. When you’re new to a city, it can be hard to know which dentist to go to, but I’ll make it easy for you: go to Dr. Makadia. Fantastic experience: Dr Makadia is very enthusiastic and generous with his time, and takes the care to explain how to look after your teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: This practice is different. They don’t just seat you in the chair and start grinding. In fact, they don’t do anything until you have a thorough understanding of the problem and the treatment options available. Dr Makadia and Dr Doctor are a delight to work with and are reassuringly focused on avoiding patient discomfort and pain. Office manager, Andrea, not only runs the diaries with great efficiency but she also understands the word urgent. Altogether a great operation.

Fantastic experience: When my dentist retired recently he referred me to City Family Dental Care. I saw Vishal this week who impressed me as a caring and competent person, with good values. I have had previous experience with a corporate practice which pressured me to have unnecessary treatment, and it was clear that this is not something Vishal would do. He had reviewed the notes from my previous dentist and was thorough in his examination I didn’t need any treatment and I will continue to see him regularly. My husband, daughter and son-in-law have seen Vishal’s colleague Dr Doctor and were also very happy with their treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending City Family Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: A big thankyou to Dr. TINA and Team I had issues with my Molar tooth and pain started on Friday...painful..got 1 appointment from local dentist but, they didn't wanted to treat me as per them it was complex and time consuming. I was in real pain and a friend suggested me Dr.Tina who guided me to get rid of pain instantly and gave me urgent appointment. Not only She managed my issue so patiently but, help me get rid of pain instantly and in another 2 sittings did my root canal and saved my tooth. She is attentive, kind , gentle and extremely knowledgeable. I never feel rushed when I go in, her appointment duration times are fantastic. I would highly recommend for kids also as she has a calm manner. Now, she is our family dentist for the kids as well.Thank you !

Fantastic experience: This was Dr Scott Jenkins previous practice , a giant in Collins Street dentistry until he retired a few years ago. CFDC took over then. I have been with Scottie over 13 years and used to how Carol ( nurse) and Scottie looked after me, so wasn't sure what to expect and admittedly was reluctant to book. Fate intervened. I had severe gum infections and a wobbly wisdom tooth that caused the infection and severe pain. I rang Carol ( who has also retired ) at 8.30 am . She said ring Andrea (nurse) at CFDC in 10 mins. She will ring ahead to give them the heads up. I rang and had appt for 10 am. Amazing. Dr Tina Doctor (yes, real name!) determined the wisdom tooth needs to come out. Xrays done, and locals given. I was wondering why Tina was still fussing around in my mouth, prodding and probing when Andrea said , okay all done! Not pulling the tooth? And was told the tooth come out ages ago and Tina was fussing because " on your card, you are a heavy bleeder". I was on the chair for next half hour to make sure I stopped bleeding. Andrea rang the next day to check on me. The extraction was fine but still in a lot of pain as antibiotics hasn't really taken. I rang back at 5 pm and left a message to say just that. This morning I had a call from Andrea to check on me, then another call from Tina (day off) suggesting a stronger antibiotics. This was then email to me. Amazing care from CFDC. Thank you Tina and Andrea. You have definitely won me over.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the service . Staff are friendly acknowledge and always happy. Positive wibes when you enter . Not much wait times and appointments are always on time . Dentist - Tina Shah is our preferred dentist . She makes me feel comfortable and provides right solutions. Very gentle and trust worthy. My kids age 13 and 10 , never hesitate when it times for them for their regular check ups .
