Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removal with Dr Dean. The staff was friendly, accomodating for my schedule and the procedure was smooth and painless. I'd highly recommend Dr Dean, he handles the procedures with care, softness and takes the time to check up on his patients post-op.

So kind, warm, explained everything, did a wonderful job. I felt listened to, respected, informed and safe. This is a wonderful place. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dennis and Dr Dina are the most honest, caring and lovely people you will ever meet. My family and I wouldn't even think of going elsewhere. We have all been with them for over 15 years and they have always done a fantastic job. Highly skilled and knowledgable. Very clean surgery, organised and always on point. None of us really have a preference who we see - they are both masters of their trade. Plenty of onsite parking. Can't recommend them highly enough! If you are not happy with your current dentist, this place should definitely be your next stop!

Fantastic experience: Dennis and Dina are both experienced dentists. I’ve seen both of them recently and am very impressed. I had been to 6 other dentists in the last 10 years and they kept finding nonexistent problems These two are honest. There’s a lot of new dentists who are tied to the funds or clinics and they have a vested interest in skimping on their costs and doing a quick rough and ready job Dennis has fixed a completely broken tooth and done other difficult things and Dina did a tremendous amount of finicky work for very little cost Parking is OK. They seem to keep their patients. You could do yourself a favour and use these two. Unlike the fund tied clinics, they dont short change you and unlike the indebted bulk clinics they don’t find unnecessary problems Recommend this Dental place. Its about 200 m from Blackburn Rd and has lots of off street parking

After receiving an astronomical $5,000 quote for extensive dental work from my previous dentist, I turned to Dr Dennis on the recommendation of a friend, for a second opinion. To my immense relief, he identified several unnecessary procedures that were being push on me by my now “ex-dentist” - saving me almost $2,000!!! Thanks to Dr Dennis, I am now pain-free and astounded by the level of care and integrity I found at Family Dental Care. Despite being fully booked for weeks, he empathetically understood my situation, particularly my urgent need due to excruciating pain. Fantastic experience: Thanks to Family Dental Care I was able to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed properly and safely. I have had an extra hard time as I had some serious issues with my bottom wisdom teeth but they successfully took on the challenge. Finally, the pain is gone. Can’t thank you enough Dennis! Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews much but I’ve been seeing Dina for 12 years now and I’ll never go anywhere else. She is friendly, incredibly professional and never recommends anything that isn’t necessary. I trust her and then team completely. My husband has been seeing her since he was a child and our children (3 & 5) have annual check ups here too... and they actually enjoy them!

Fantastic experience: Family Dental Care Doncaster is by far the most outstanding dental practice I have ever attended. I started seeing Dina and Dennis 15 years ago and although have lived in another states and tried other dental practices in between, they are by far the best. Even though I live 50 minutes away now, they are so worth the drive! I usually book in with Dina and she is so gentle and encouraging and just lovely, lovely, lovely! Honestly she is just beautiful and makes you feel so comfortable. My whole family see them now and for us going to the dentist is never a worry!

Negative experience: I wish I am able to give it a 5-star, but I am sorry I cannot. Had one sleepless night because of toothache, and found there was a spot available in Family Dental Care to book online. Made it there, paid $155 through insurance, $105 out of pocket: interestingly being treated as an emergency appointment and being charged $55 extra even though it was an available spot instead of special allocated spot. Paid $260, but when anesthetic effect is gone, pain is back: turns out toothache does not get fixed at all. I am now having another sleepless painful night. A total waste of money and time!!! Mine was checked by knocking and putting cold water on teeth to identify which tooth is the problem one. Knocking made no much difference, and cold water in fact easier my toothache temporarily. So an X-ray was taken (surprisingly without protection shield), but problem tooth was still not identified, so a crack was fixed instead which turns out completely irrelevant. And, I was told X-ray there is not of good quality, and was proposed to refer me to a specialist elsewhere for better X-ray. While, it is true that people there are friendly; and anesthetic injection was amazingly no pain.

I have found both Dr Dina and Dr Dennis to be very gentle and at the same time very thorough, always explaining what needs to be done.
