From the moment you walk in, you can tell they go above and beyond to provide high-quality dental care in a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment. A special mention to Sue at reception — she is absolutely wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, she makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional dental treatment close to home.

Fantastic experience: I am really scared for dental visits and I mean like EXTREMELY jumpy. But both the dentist and her assistant were AMAZING. They talked me through the whole process and even checked that I still wanted to go through with it (normal filling) I did panic slightly when the numbness hadn't worn off by the four hour mark, BUT it did go away and I'm very pleased with the result. Thank you guys!! Also reception is very cheerful which is lovely.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing group of professionals. Everyone is so obliging and helpful. Excellent communications and real, genuine care. My experiences are to contact Dentist Direct Hervey Bay if you are looking for a great practice. From the engaging Sue always smiling at the front desk to the awesome Ann who cleaned my teeth in October, it's worth making the appointment just to chat with them both. Had a filling done by Dr Stanley last week. Outstanding seatside manner and never seen an assistant who anticipates the dentist's every move so well. Oh and the TV on the roof showing relaxing, tranquil and serene scenes is a real lovely touch.

Fantastic experience: Stanley and the team at Dentist Direct as all so friendly and caring with big smiles. When it comes to my dental treatments I have always felt listened to by Stanley and find he does a very good job at explaining things to me so I understand the work that needs to be done. At yesterdays check up, a small camera was used to take photos of my teeth, to have a visual for me for when explaining where things were at.

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago and I was very anxious. Dr Kumar and his lovely assistant did not rush me and they were comforting and made me feel that I was in good hands. Dr Kumar removed 3 wisdom teeth of mine in 40 minutes. I had only swelling for approx 2-3 days after then was back to normal. I had no complications and would highly recommend Dentist Direct for any dental procedure. I will add that the receptionist were lovely too :)

Fantastic experience: Absolutely can not fault them, from the ladies who answered my phone call asking for a last minute appointment on a Friday, to arriving and greeting us. The doctor and the assistant were both so calm, patient and welcoming. We could not have had a better first time experience for our 2 year old girl. Fantastic experience: I had the best dentist experience I’ve ever had today. All the staff were very welcoming and professional. Dr Kumar was gentle, quick, and spoke to me about my teeth in a caring non-judgemental way. I left feeling positive (which at times is difficult after being at a dentist) and my teeth feel clean and looked after. Another plus was that my private health insurance covered the bill! I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing my family.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of my dental work. I had 2 implants, all the staff were highly professional, both implants were done a few weeks apart, the procedure was less invasive than a dental filling and the end result 2 perfect teeth, no pain or discomfort and much cheaper than elsewhere. Cannot recommend them highly enough for all dental work as well as implants.
