Fantastic experience: Our family Dentist Highly Recommended

Negative experience: This clinic is simply terrible. First, they call you repeatedly to make an appointment with them, and when you schedule one, they cancel it. I have had a severe wisdom toothache, and I made appointments online with Dr. Syed (such a careless and unpredictable doctor I have ever seen in my whole life), and I waited the entire week. Only one day before my appointment, they canceled it, giving such a stupid reason. Don't go there; these guys are unprofessional, unpredictable, and don't care about your pain and health. My question is: if they cancel people's appointments at the last stage, then why do they show their availability on those days? If one doctor is not available, then why don't they compensate their patients by rescheduling their appointments with another doctor instead of cancelling straight away? i wish i will give him a zero star.

Fantastic experience: Dr Syed is great with kids. Very patient and gentle with them and he explains things to them in kids terms. He is also very reasonably priced. Definitely will keep bringing my kids here.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarojani and her team are professional and helpful. They do excellent work and highly recommended for dental procedures.

Negative experience: Don't go here if you need super access to do your treatment. They have no idea how to complete this and will charge you for fees without telling you before hand. I've paid for treatment plans and xrays and still they wanna charge me $150 to fill in super papers and they said they are worried about people not coming back to do treatments and I've been there trying to complete all my treatments and paying out of pocket. Thousands of dollars already spent there so I don't know why they would worry in my case.

Fantastic experience: I suffer with extreme anxiety going to the dentist. So bad that I tremble and I forget to breathe. Past traumatic experiences since childhood. Dr Sarojani Maskey accommodated me, by letting me have a support person, (my dear friend). She explained everything step by step and took breaks when I needed it.. I had 2 broken teeth and 1 chipped. Never felt pain during the procedure. They numbed my gums before the needle. Only a little pain afterwards where the needles had been. So I highly recommend this place and especially Dr Sarojani.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr Gazal. She is very caring and courteous, and only suggests that which you really need. She is very knowledgeable and considerate dentist that you can simply rely on. Besides, the clinic is very clean, staff is friendly and comforting. I will highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Vidhi is an amzing person went i. For my root canal she is such a humblr person. Makes sure that her patient is relaxed before the procedure. As root canal is a painful procedure but she made it very easy.

Fantastic experience: got my root canal done here. Amazing service and beautiful people. Dr. Vidhi was very thorough with the procedure and She was very friendly. I would recommend anyone who wants to get a good and a fair price job, go here.

Negative experience: I will not recommend this clinic at all. They are only concerned about making money rather than their patients. I called them and asked if they do checkup and cleaning in the lockdown. they said if I have gum bleeding they will do it. i had gum bleeding and I told them that I have private insurance and they said there is no gap fee. I double checked with them calling them again and they said its all covered, I dont have to pay anything then I made appoinment. When I visited them, the dentist looked at my teeth and said she cant do cleaning as I dont have any infection in my gum. she said when lockdown is over I should visit them again and she will do the cleaning. but at the counter she charged from my insurance as well as asked me to pay a gap fee only for looking at my teeth. when I asked them that they said there is no gap fee for checkup and cleaning then she replied 'for checkup there is a gap fee'. they should have told me at the first place that they need to check my teeth in order to decide if they can do cleaning or not. and also only for looking at my teeth to decide that they cant do cleaning they charged me a gap fee. if there is no gap fee for checkup and cleaning why there is a gap fee for checkup only? and they should give me this information before when I booked my appointment. I will not visit this clinic again

Fantastic experience: Would like to thanks @Vidhi for her dental services. Best dental place for all your dental issues by experienced dentists. I was looked after Vidhi, she did an amazing job and at nominal price. I have been to couple other places but felt was being overcharged and did not get satisfactory results.

Fantastic experience: Very reasonable price! Great interaction and gentle with children to make them less anxious sitting in that chair. oh, my 4yo and 2yo love their free toothbrushes. Their root canal treatment won't cost you a fortune! Never have to wait for the dentist cause she is always on time. Highly recommended.

Dr Sarojani take the time to explain absolutely everything that they are doing and go above and beyond to provide you with the best possible dental care. I must also mention Sakshi on reception, who is always smiley, so friendly and always willing to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dental @hoppers to anyone looking for a dental service.
