Fantastic experience: Dr. Inder is excellent! He really eases your anxiety and explains clearly in layman terms what the situation is. He has such precise skills that I didn’t feel any discomfort when he injected the local anaesthetic which I have always felt significant pain and pressure from when done by other dentists in the past. Fantastic experience: Had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removal after waking up in excruciating pain on Saturday morning. Dr Lewis Yang and his assistant were both incredibly supportive and helpful in a time where I could barely think straight due to the pain. They are kind, compassionate, and they really care about their patients, evidenced by a post procedure check up that was informative and supportive. Their manner and how they interact with patients is compassionate and supportive, you are not made to feel guilty or anxious in any way. If you need dental work done, emergency or not, I would not hesitate to recommend Burwood Dental Care to my friends, family, and anyone who would like their dentist experience to be positive and supportive. Fantastic experience: Dr Kadori was lovely, she was really good about addressing my concerns, examining my teeth and taking pictures so that when she explained potential issues, she could visually show me. She explained to me the progression of any problems, starting with management first before wasting money on more extreme treatments. I'm really happy with my experience here

Negative experience: I was told the fillings last atleast 5 years. Been less than an year and tooth filling is all gone. I guess its the quality of the product they use. Waste of money!

I suffer from severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist but boy has my experience with this team changed my mind about visiting the dentist . Fantastic experience: I booked in prior to Christmas 2021. Everywhere else was booked out and Burwood Dental Care got me in very quickly. Staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Ash was amazing giving me, perfect advice for looking after my teeth for the future. I came in for a clean and she was very gentle and took alot of care towards my teeth. Beautiful place, great vibes and would come back 10/10. Will now become a regular and suggest to friends.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this centre. Claimed to be BUPA provider which they're apparently not. Ended up to pay extra $176 for 2x adhensive restoration as compared to my wife did exactly the same treatment in the dental centre in the vicinity ($160 vs $132 plus she's able to pay lesser as a BUPA member). Called the receptionist to ask whether their clinic is BUPA provider which she said YES WE ARE. After giving her with all the statements, she's then apologies that her fellow receptionist for providing the wrong information that in fact they are not BUPA provider. What's the joke!! This was the same receptionist who picked up the call and answered YES WE ARE a couple minutes ago now blaming her fellow colleague for the mistake. Her fellow colleague receptionist indeed told me they're BUPA provider as well and called me twice for a reminder not to walk into the wrong dental centre before an appointment. I WON'T NEXT TIME

Negative experience: The service was good. But just be careful that no gap ONLY the first time. I didn’t know that and assumed it is no gap every time and had to pay more than a hundred bulk. I’d wish they informed me that when making appointment.

Fantastic experience: The team at Burwood Dental Care were fantastic. My first visit was an emergency removal of a tooth and drainage of an abscess. I was very anxious about sitting in a dentist chair as it had been so long. I Had no reason to worry once Dr Ash and her professional knowledge took over. She went about the work she had to do with minimal pain and stress. She was magical and not to mention her professional team that work around her. Since that first visit, Ash organised a treatment plan over a few weeks and my mouth and teeth sincerely thank her. Negative experience: DO NOT FIND DR PHIL AU if you are coming to burwood dental care, the doctor did not solve any pain problems. He is not normal: he didnt kill the nerves on the gum, and did not disinfect during operation, causing the pain to get worse. This doctor is a complete scam and will NOT solve your dental problems. He should worry about his own mental problems before solving other peoples dental problems

I have had a long and tiresome journey with one of my tooth in the past 6 months and have visited quite a few dentist/ endodontist in that time but I have to admit that Dr Ash as well as Sam were the BEST and made me so comfortable right from the start. I can safely say that I have found my dentist for my family after relocating to Melbourne. To begin with , Sam helped me to book my appointments so easily each and every time. Her phone manners are so polite and repectful. She also contacted me if there were cancellations to get me in sooner and I really appreciated that. Dr. Ash comes across as such an honest dentist. She recommended whatever was best in the interest of my tooth. I trusted her professionalism. She was very caring and would only go ahead with invasive treatment after explaining all the pros and cons and keeping her patient on board . She wouldn’t drill if she thinks unnecessary which again reflects on her honest personality. Thank you for all your help so far and look forward to bringing my family and friends to you

Fantastic experience: Dentist Phil was amazing he was very precise and cleaned my teeth perfectly without feeling uncomfortable. Also took time to educated me on oral hygiene like flossing. Negative experience: Taken my wife here a few times recently. Perhaps my wife's fault for being impressionable, but first went in for a consultation for an extraction. Was told to do a root canal instead, and had it done that day WITHOUT discussing cost first. Was told to book another appointment for checking the root canal and cleaning, was NOT told we would be paying for this consultation. Root canal did not heal, and returned for another consultation, this time was quoted a price for an extraction on another problematic tooth, and was told would receive discount for extracting the tooth with the failed root canal. Made an appointment which was then forcibly moved due to COVID lockdown restrictions, and then was forcibly cancelled the next day despite being an emergency treatment. Finally rebooked, had the tooth with the failed root canal, and was charged more than quoted price WITHOUT discount. Service, aside from persuading my wife to undertake two unwanted procedures has been fine, staff have all been lovely to deal with aside from our appointment being cancelled for no reason. I'm sure the establishment is full of lovely people, but with how we have wound up spending WAY more time, energy, and money on dealing with just ONE tooth, we will NOT be returning. Wife has another tooth that will need treatment soon, and we will be looking elsewhere.
