Fantastic experience: I’m so glad to have found such an excellent dentist for myself. Dr. Adel was warm, professional, and incredibly efficient, providing outstanding dental care. The practice itself is welcoming and well-run, and the receptionists and dental nurses were equally friendly and attentive. A truly positive experience all around.

Negative experience: I had an appointment here in early October 2024 as my wisdom teeth were causing some issues, at the start of my appointment I told the dentist about my concerns and why I was there, I underwent an X-ray first and then the dentist had a very quick look at the teeth only to be told everything was fine, they charged me around $350 just for a quick 10 minute appointment. A few weeks went past an the issues continued on so I booked in another appointment at a different dentist clinic to get a second opinion of the teeth, within 2-3 weeks of that second appointment I had the teeth removed due to the fact they were growing sideways into my gums. How they didn’t pick this up in the first appointment I had is beyond me, but it’s very clear this place puts money above the care of their patients. I would not recommend going here.

Fantastic experience: Sam's the man! Have been seeing Sam for a couple of years now. Excellent service: great chairside manner, very gentle and efficient. Sam has been great - from routine checks, to fillings and crown replacement. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: 20 minutes past appointment time for tooth extraction, was done with hast broke the tooth was done in under ten minutes Swelling in jaw then needing bone grafting. A warning to not go there for tooth extraction, have taken this matter further.

Negative experience: I will not come here again because Samuel is a lier trying to say he will take a tooth out to clean my gum and put tooth back in I got two teeth removed at a dentist somewhere else and they said the teeth break when taking it out the tooth he wanted to take out is not the tooth that I got taken out that tooth just needed a filling God will deal with a lier I pray you repent in Jesus Christ name

Negative experience: I’m new to the area so was excited to try out this well reviewed clinic, however my appointment was 15 min long for a general cleaning, and I had plaque presenting again a week later. Guess I’ll be on the hunt again. FYI 15 min is their standard appointment time for cleanings.. if that’s any indicator.

Fantastic experience: Michael and the team are fantastic, I've always had some anxiety with going to the dentist, but thanks to Michael he makes you feel at ease and happy to go back.

Negative experience: Dangerously incompetent! I have receding gums and had an appointment today that was only 13 minutes. Woefully undertrained dentist. I have given them multiple chances and they have progressively gotten worse. Shame on you. I would highly recommend you try anywhere but here

Positive experience: 2nd visit today, on time, professional, standard price, friendly, but feel like not enough information to take away, something is missing. 1st appointment was clean and check up, then 2nd appointments for filling as per check up results, when I asked Dr Michael to review my wisdom tooth which he commented on 1st appointment looked ok, he replied and reminding today’s appointment is for filling…feeling pretty uncomfortable to use as family dentist, a bit irresponsible not caring enough? And, I have to Google how soon I can eat after a filling?

I've been searching for a great dentist for a while now and so glad I tried out this place. All the staff were kind and professional. Negative experience: Good but expensive. I called in for a tooth extraction which I mentioned while making the appointment. Charged me 135 just to tell me that I need a tooth extraction which i knew already. Sent me home without extracting it so i can come back to pay more for extraction.

Fantastic experience: I had major dental/cosmetic work done. The end result is amazing! I wish I had gone ahead with it earlier. Michael is a very gentle man and an excellent dentist.
