Fantastic experience: Have always been a nervous patient but my experience here has really turned that around! Dr Park is really friendly, and the whole practice is super calm and modern. The nurses are also really attentive in making the experience comfortable :)

Fantastic experience: Quite literally the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve previously struggled finding a good dentist so I was slightly nervous, but from the arrival at the reception to my dentist (Holly) being really kind, it was fantastic - so happy I went there and will be heading back!!

Fantastic experience: Jacqueline and the team are excellent. I needed help on short notice and drove from the Gold Coast to see them. Their advice is transparent and honest. The clinic is very nice. Parking at King George Square was easy and it’s just next door. Overall excellent!

All the staff members were so welcoming, reassuring and professional but also friendly. I didn’t expect to be having a great chat with my dentist dr holly and her assistant. I felt so comfortable. Fantastic experience: JACQUELINE WU & her team from Brisbane CBD Dental Clinic - my family (including my 3 year old son) had the full check up, clean and X-rays. I don't write reviews normally, but THEY DESERVE THE 5 STARS - go see them for your dentals needs !

Negative experience: They have no respect for you and your time! Once I went there at 2:00 pm and informed them I need to be finished by 3:45 for three similar jobs. Till 3:20 they did just one and when I said again, dentist laughed and said to the nurse “ok so Now we focus and no side talking!!”They did the other two jobs in 45 minutes For the last visit, they booked me at 3 while they close at 4 on Friday. Parking could not be found hence I arrived at 3:20. While I confirmed that I am definitely coming in writing and received No phone calls from them, they said you came late we do not do the job. I respectfully apologised and mentioned what has happened and asked the receptionist why did not you call me at least? I could have saved my time and parking fees which are expensive in the city. The receptionist was kept repeating himself ignoring my question. Moral of the story, they never respect us and our time but they want their time to be respected. It does not make sense that previously for one job, it took 1hour and 20 minute and now this place booked me for just 30 minutes. Which is which? If your time is money like me, I strongly recommend considering other places.

Fantastic experience: Mega recommended. The dentists Annabel and Monserrat who work together are amazing professionals. They helped me with a mega emergency with a visible tooth loss and gave me great aesthetic and dental help in a short time and helped me regain my self-esteem. A thousand thanks to both of them and all the excellent service at the clinic from start to finish. Ps. The surgical gloves they used smelled wonderful. I didn't know they existed like that.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from interstate & had a issue with a tooth. The service here is incredible, not only were they thorough, they went above and beyond to try arrange further dental work at my next destination. From the front desk to the dentist chair to the post care I could not recommend this dental practice high enough.

Fantastic experience: A bit difficult to find at first but the receptionist was wonderful at helping us find it over the phone, and the dentist Rebecca and the assistant were lovely and gentle. Would consider permanently switching to this dental clinic.

Service was so good I had to write a review Easy to make an appt online, no wait time before the appointment, excellent service, pain free and gentle clean! And affordable too, I was shocked - and such a cute office! Definitely go here, I went on my lunch break and I'll definitely be going back again when I'm due Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I just visited this clinic after not seeing a dentist for SEVERAL years so to say I was terrified was an understatement. From the time I was seen Amy offered amazing words of encouragement and was very kind and understand. It was so nice of her to take the time to talk to me. I was seen by Rebecca and Mia and they were also amazing and very comforting. They talked to me through the process and was very patient with me babbling away. My experience was so good I actually can't wait to go back in 6 months! The whole atmosphere is warm and inviting and has an amazing view of the city while you're getting your teeth looked at. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a good non scary dental practice. Thank you guys so much.

Like seriously, who raves about their dentist. The whole team here is amazing. After living overseas for several years and putting off dental work I was a bit nervous but I instantly felt calm when I came to this practice. I knew I was in very experienced hands. I loved the whole process from consultation to getting the work I needed done, it was all performed professionally, with care and in the most beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever. They really care about their clients and don't do unnecessary procedures. Gentle and great prices. Only wish we could clone these guys and have them everywhere. I don't live in Brisbane anymore so I'm finding it hard to find a dentist where I live that is up to CBD dentals high standard of customer care.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists. Truly terrified. Had no choice today. A sore tooth which had kept me up all night drove me to finding a dentist. I am so very pleased and relieved that I found the Brisbane CBD Dental Clinic. Michael the practice manager was very understanding of a dentist phobic patient. Dr Rebecca, and dental tech Mia could not have been kinder, or more gentle. They were so very sympathetic to my situation, and I could not have asked for better or kinder treatment. I have more dental work needed, and for the first time, I don't feel quite so frightened or overwhelmed by the idea of walking back into a dental clinic.
