Negative experience: For anyone reading this and needing dental work please do not come here, needed a implant done had a baby tooth still wedge between two adult teeth and implant was the way to go… agreed pull it out and go onto implant and went through steps and stages…. In between all ( 1 year ) he had me back in for cleanings and fillings which I believe I didn’t need cause I didn’t feel need to if no damage towards teeth or holes but just the words that came out his mouth towards the cleaning and fillings had me scared and worried if I didn’t attack it then it would get worse…. Teeth after teeth fillings after fillings he decided to clean lower back tooth and put a massive hole inside and then turn around and say to me it needs root canal which would’ve cost another few thousands…. Got upset cause I knew my tooth wasn’t bad but he decided to drill through it and then later fill it up with filling…. Ignored that and went onto implant…. Implant did the first two stages and I was told from the very beginning that it’ll be a gold tooth and not one made up…. Only to be surprised on the day of final stage…. During second stage of implant which is tightening screw for tooth to be glued on he decided to shave my back tooth down for a tooth he had in a sample box to fit and match sizing etc without my consent only for me to notice what he had done once I got home and checked it out in the mirror… absolutely pissed off at this stage…. when going in for final stage and complete it all I asked him why did you shave down the back of my tooth without asking me and he simply replied “ I didn’t touch anything “ funny enough that the tooth he got me made is sitting perfectly in the spot into my back tooth….. Glued and installed gone home feeling off about the whole implant… Tooth colour matched all other teeth which I’ll give him credit for but now I’ve noticed that the tooth and implant I paid $4000 for now has a hole on top and the filling has come out…… only because it was meant to be shaved down so my top tooth didn’t hit it when I closed my mouth but inside he drilled a hole straight through and now it’s absolutely ruined and now cost me more money to repair and if I can’t then start all over again…. When he sees you have money he’ll make you feel like your teeth are the worst he’s ever seen. I absolutely regret dealing with him and hope he’s happy ripping people off and causing nothing but headache only to make himself happy. Worst in the business please stay away.

Negative experience: Given my experience, the dentist here, Khela, who could hardly speak English and was hard to understand, was rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly just after my money. I was viewed as a $ sign rather than a person. I'm glad I found a better dentist.

I called Dr Medhat and he told me to come straight in, he fixed my tooth which was great as I had a party that night and really didn't want to go with a broken front tooth.
