After reviewing your case and speaking with your dentist and our support staff, it's important to note that your description of the clinical experience differs from the record of your appointment. According to our records, you left your appointment satisfied, happily relieved and out of pain.

While we respect your privacy and won't publicly disclose specifics of your clinical situation, it's worth mentioning that you were informed multiple times during your appointment to contact us immediately if your condition deteriorated. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you after your visit. Had you reached out, we would have seen you immediately and certainly before three days to continue the treatment we had discussed and you had agreed upon. To imply that we acted without your consent and refused your instructions is hurtful and obviously untrue.

We are glad that you found us to be 'friendly and nice,' and we want you to know that our kindness extends beyond your visit. We are always here for our patients, and this situation could have been avoided if you had informed us of your ongoing discomfort.
