Fantastic experience: Wow! This up and coming dental practice is a must go. Went for my check up and clean and after a painful experince from other dental dr . From beginning to end I was made comfortable and felt at ease. Everything was explained and Dr Yalini ensured I was informed abt everything during the whole appointment. Dr Yalini cared about my individual needs and concerns and I felt like trust was built in ensuring my dental health is in good hands. Will easily be going back regularly! Plus side, everything is extremely clean, new and has a calm welcoming environment. Keep up the good work . Amazing Location ,Amazing Dentist . Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Zen Dentistry highly enough. After orthodontics, I had some minor tooth wear and opted for cosmetic/edge bonding, and the transformation to my smile has been incredible. The level of skill and attention to detail is outstanding. What really sets her apart is that all the work was done freehand and no outsourcing to labs like other providers suggested. The result looks completely natural, balanced, and suited to me. You can tell she has a true eye for detail and takes immense pride in her work. Beyond the technical skill, she is genuinely kind, calm, and respectful with her team. The whole experience felt considered, unrushed, and personal. Negative experience: The dental work is fine, but the lack of respect for patients’ time really needs improvement. Delays can happen and that’s understandable, but the customer service is disappointing. No one speaks to you or apologizes when you’re left waiting well past your appointment time.

Fantastic experience: Extremely compassionate, kind and informative. The first dentist I have gone to where I wasn’t nervous about pain - I recently had a visit where I joked with my husband afterwards “its was like going for a relaxing massage, I was so calm laying on the chair”. Negative experience: We went there a few months ago for my three kids and my eldest daughter today had to go to a different dentist because they did her feeling wrong and it had to be redone and the customer service is not that great. My kids didn’t feel happy there. It was the first time we went and they don’t want to go back.

The team at Zen from the moment you walk in are welcoming and bend over backwards to provide a calm and friendly atmosphere.. once in the dental rooms the dentist is professional gentle and shows empathy! Fantastic experience: Dr Latheefa is the best dentist I've ever gone to. I'd been avoiding the dentist for 5 years because I was scared. Dr Latheefa, checked the health of all my teeth and gave them a gentle clean. I needed 4 fillings done (which really made me anxious), but Dr Latheefa was so gentle. I recall my past fillings as being extremely painful and unpleasant, even with a numbing needle. But Dr Latheefa did all 4 fillings without a numbing needle, and they were still the least painful fillings I've ever had. She check on me constantly through the procedure, went slowly, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I still can't believe she did 4 fillings without dumbing the area and it didn't really hurt. Thank you so much Dr Latheefa. You're an amazing dentist. And to anyone scared of seeing the dentist, I highly recommend Dr Latheefa.

Fantastic experience: We all know how amazing Dr. Yalini is, so today, I want to rave about the Air-Flow experience! Today I visited for my six-monthly check-up, my first appointment at Zen since it opened, and I had the chance to experience Air-Flow for the first time. All I can say is amazing! Sitting in the chair, there was no vibration on my teeth or that high-pitched ring of the scaler in my ears. It truly made the whole experience so much more comfortable and relaxing. After exploring options in the area we reached out to a new dentist in Piara Waters, Zen Dentistry. Whilst a bit further to travel we couldn’t be happier. Yalini is an experienced dentist who showed us the utmost care and explained everything she was doing. Our daughters felt extremely comfortable and no longer have a fear of going to a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I saw this dental office two weeks ago when I shopped around. Straight away I rang for an appointment. I met Dr. Yalini, she's realy good and has gentle hands. I really appreciate how she protects my sensitive tooth when sprayed by cold water. I didn't feel any uncomfortable feeling during the session. I booked for another appointment for my filling in few weeks. I can't wait to be able to drink cold water with extra ice again without feeling the sensitivity. The premises is clean and hygienic. Negative experience: My initial appointment with Dr Yalini was amazing! She was so kind, patient and understanding, best experience with a dentist yet. However I needed fillings to be done and booked the appointment the following week with Dr Yalini. I checked my patient portal the day of to see that my appointment had been booked with another dentist a month later?! I called up and asked what was going on and if I was able to get an appointment on the same day with Dr Yalini as I was promised last week. I was told that would be no problem, to come in at 12pm and I would have Dr Yalini. I showed up to the appointment and was told by Dr Latheefa that she would be looking after me today and to go through with her. I followed into the chair and my boyfriend followed soon after having parked the car. My boyfriend questioned why we had a different doctor to which Dr Latheefa responded that she had already discussed the change with me; WHICH WE HAD NOT. I continued with the procedure hesitant to say anything as the visit already had me uncomfortable but was not happy with the whole process. The dental assistant being unsure of everything did not help me to feel safe in their hands they do not seem to know the system that they use nor how to upload photos. Overall felt like they lacked experience. I am extremely unhappy with how I have been treated and that we were lied to. Expecting to see one doctor and being met with another, messed around over something as simple as continuing treatment with a dentist.
