Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Dr Alex. She had no idea how to extract a tooth. She broke my tooth multiple times. I was about to faint as she didn't know how to do it. Finally she asked the other doctor to come and finished what she had started. I was torturing for an hour, just for a simple extraction.

Negative experience: Dentists are very kind and helpful. However, Receptionist Renee is the rudest that I’ve come across. I was dismissively greeted and when spoken to after my appointment I was met with lack of eye contact and when there was, it was rolled eyes, sarcasm and attitude when asked simple questions. Her demeanour was disgusting and I am appalled that they would have her as their front of house leader. Horrible!

Fantastic experience: being my family dentist, I've been seeing Dr Kong since childhood till now as i begin to enter my 30s. i can vouch that he's still the best in anything to do with teeth, as he has seen my teeth from when they first literally started growing, and then everything from routine checkups to orthodontic needs throughout the years. my first memories of his incredibly kind-heart, accomodating, compassionate nature has never changed over the years and i've only ever had good things to say. this includes the reception staff who have also seen me grow up. i recently finished my Invisalign treatment with him & it was such an easy, breezy walk in the park. i really had no concerns throughout the process, and any questions were answered just as quick. the past year went by in a blink of an eye, and i really couldn't be happier with my smile and showing my teeth in photos now. when i was nearing the end of my treatment, i noticed i started to get compliments on how straight my teeth were, which was a pretty cool first experience for me haha.

Negative experience: Dentist was really nice but the receptionist/dental assistant was really rude upon arrival of my first ever appointment here, no 'good morning' or even 'hello' just slammed the new patient medical form on the desk for me to fill out. Coming from someone who works in the dental industry, its really not hard to take 10 seconds out of your day to put a smile on and simply greet a new patient.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend The A-Plus dental clinic. The team there are highly professional especially Dr Anthony Kong @ Renee. I have been going the clinic since they were in the Campbelltown Mall some 10 or 12years now i think...Had so many bad experiences with dentist in the pass.. That's until I found A-Plus Dental. Clinic is very clean.Dr Kong @ Renee help calm me down cause at times I get panic attacks at times. At the moment iam having inplants done it all went well. I can honestly say with all the work which has be done over the years never experienced any issue. Great job Dr Kong @ Renee / A plus team.

Fantastic experience: Over the last 15 years I have visited a variety of dentists throughout Sydney for a number of dental related issues ranging from checkup, filling through to more complex treatments (root canal work Etc.). I can honestly say, the team at A+ Dental are top class! Staff are amazing, they communicate to me work that needs to be undertaken in a way that is easy to understand and provides me with good piece of mind. For anyone needing dentist work in the Campbelltown area (or beyond), I would highly recommend A+ dental.
