Negative experience: Dentist Location: Great Dentist building (inside of urgent care): very dirty indide as outside (urgent care clinic) as you have to use their facilities !!!☣️ Some dentists ok, other employees ‍⚕️‍⚕️‍⚕️‍⚕️ very unfriendly & rude, especially Judy……. !!!!! Price/Cost: overpriced☹️ for what you get & being treated

Fantastic experience: Great service. Dr Sehgal is efficient and professional, made me feel very comfortable. The practice is very organised, quick getting in & out. The receptionist is also very friendly and makes a great first impression. Just a shame about the location - shared with the Medical Centre, Pharmacy & Urgent Care - car park is horrible, not enough car parks for such a big centre.

Fantastic experience: Both my children came here. One (7 years) required two teeth to be removed. They did the first one on our first visit, no dramas. I booked when leaving for her next tooth. 2nd time round my daughter was very nervous, she didnt know what to expect the 1st time this visit she wasn't as relaxed. She was treated with so much compassion and kindness and it was harder this time but they managed to do it, it didnt hurt, she was totally fine. At the end she was rewarded for her bravery which I thought was awesome and we received a follo a up call to check she was OK 3 days later. This is their dentist from now on. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sameer Lamichhane at Primary Dental for a few years now, and am extremely happy with the dental care that he provides. He is extremely kind and gentle (especially with patients experiencing anxiety), as are the other nursing and administrative staff. Pricing is fair and competitive. I would highly recommend their services! :-)

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Primary dental , & want to say how impressed and happy I am with the staff there . Dr Sameer Lamichhane was just exceptional, made me feel comfortable & not nervous at all , took time to explain things to me . His assistant was also very patient and professional. The lady behind the reception desk was just wonderful, & did everything she could to make things go smoothly for me . I have definitely found a dental practice that I am happy with and not scared to continue with for all of my future dental issues

Fantastic experience: Best Dental team in Toowoomba. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist due to past traumatic experiences but with Dr Sameer and team ,they made sure that my anxiety levels were put at ease before opening my mouth to check what was happening with my tooth, with Dr Sameer’s welcoming aura and listening to my problem without interruption and just tossing a couple of jokes here and there to make sure I was calm enough to go ahead with the dental work . They made sure I knew what my options are and how much it would cost me and he was honest with me without sounding like a sales person which most dentist in Toowoomba sound like these days. So yes thanks team Primary Dental, I’m healing well at home and should be ready for work tomorrow

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Dr Sameer Lamichhane enough. He fixed my broken front tooth, we were not 100% happy with the colour match so he went above and beyond to order in the materials needed and fixed it to be a perfect match, couldn’t be happier with the service provided.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in Toowoomba from interstate when our daughter made an appointment to this Dental Practice. I'm glad she did even tho I had to lose a tooth . Dr Sameen was so calming and reassuring, explaining everything that was needed to fix the pain in my face. I've never been to a dentist in my 73 years that has a caring bunch of staff. And the phone call the next day almost blew my mind. I wish we had a practice like yours back in South Australia. If any of you are looking for a sea change I know who your number one customer would be. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: Fast, efficient, affordable and friendly.

Negative experience: They boast that they have Afterpay - but when it came time to pay, I couldn't open the app on my phone. Only after I parted with a HUGE chunk of cash that I never intended to part with, the receptionist tells me "Oh yeh...the signal in here is really bad. You might have to go outside" HELLO? Isn't that something you should have told me somewhere in between me struggling with the app for 15 minutes and before handing over my debit card.??? I don't work so you left me with virtually no money for a fortnight. That seemed unnecessarily cruel and thoughtless to me. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist and wonderful staff dr sameer was so wonderful explaining.everything and so great at reassuring and keeping you calm during procedures I’ve never felt more comfortable and truly cared about at a dentist before they even follow up the next day to see how you are which I though was truly beautiful, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience here today that has completely spun my mindset on visiting the dentist. Specifically I want to thank Mrs and Mr Sehgal who were very helpful with someone like me that is honestly scared when it comes to a doctors visit they understood and helped me stay calm through the entire extraction today and had no trouble answering any question I had throughout, I also want to thank Judy and the other young receptionist that greated me (sorry I didn't get your name) everyone was great and you deserve the high rating and I'll definitely not hold back on visiting in future.

Fantastic experience: Best wisdom tooth extraction. No pain was felt at all and was out within a couple of minutes. The dentist was amazing and he was super comforting and friendly, as were the lovely ladies. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Can't remember the dentists name at the moment, card is in the car. Had some pretty major work done today. The dentist was absolutely fantastic and the dental assistance and staff were all great too. Didn't look for reviews prior to going here, but so glad I found PDT first go.
