Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Akshay Sidana at Clearly Dental Dapto. From the initial appointment, I felt like I was in the very best of hands. He is friendly, professional, experienced, highly skilled and left me feeling better than ever and pain-free.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We had a bad experience at Clearly Dental Dapto for both myself and my family when we attended on 9th October 2025, under Dr Nilay Raychandani. The online booking system was poor and confusing, and on the day the dentist was running late. This delay was not communicated effectively, which was particularly frustrating given we were attending as a family of four. Unfortunately, we did not feel confident in the dentist’s ability during our appointments, which is not something you want when it comes to your family’s dental care. To make matters worse, we were told the check-ups would be gap-free, however when leaving we later noticed that myself and all three family members had been charged a gap. This was not explained by the receptionist at the time. The amounts were later refunded by our health fund (Bupa), but this situation should never have occurred. To top it all off, our four follow-up appointments for April 2026 were cancelled via text message with no proper explanation or attempt to reschedule. Overall, very poor communication and service. We will not be returning and would not recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: I phoned in the afternoon for an emergency appointment for my son. We had never been to this practice before but a friend recommended them. The staff were simply wonderful. They squeezed my son in despite being very busy. The dentist was so compassionate and the reception staff were simply lovely. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The service was lovely, from the receptionist to the dental assistant and the dentist himself, Dr Ross Hickman. Dr Hickman provided enough information, allowing room for questions or concerns that may follow. The service itself was of high satisfactory. I left the clinic feeling I made the right decision to use their service.

Fantastic experience: I don’t enjoy visiting the dentist but this was the most pleasant visit I’ve had. The checkup and clean was thorough and suggestions were conservative and reasonable. Would highly recommend Clearly Dental and Dr Claringbould.

Fantastic experience: Monica from Clearly dental is fantastic! She has taken all the stress about visiting the dentist away I have seen her 3 times for my 6 month check ups and she still remembers things we spoke about in our first consultation. She’s not pushy, she gives honest advice and makes the experience as pleasant as possible. The front staff are also so welcoming and helpful, they are very understanding if you need to change your appointment and are more then happy to process quotes for services.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at Clearly Dental Dapto with Dr. Sidana! I got both Invisalign and a root canal done here, and I have to say, I was expecting stress, but the process was surprisingly easy. The scheduling was flexible, and they even called to check up on me after my treatment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Dr. Sidana really knows his stuff—he made sure I was comfortable throughout, answered all my (many) questions, and made what could’ve been a nerve-wracking experience completely painless. My Invisalign journey has been going great, and the root canal was handled so smoothly that I barely felt a thing. If you need a dentist who’s skilled, patient, and genuinely cares, this is the place to go. Highly recommend Clearly Dental Dapto and Dr. Sidana for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Fantastic experience: I have a huge fear of anything dental due to awful experiences as a child. Traumatic. I tend to put off going to the dentist out of both fear and embarrassment. I finally booked in and had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Ryan Lee and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and compassion I received. Every step of the way Ryan made sure I was comfortable and ready to continue, made it clear that I was in charge and we could stop whenever I needed a break. He was gentle and stopped to explain every step of the process before proceeding with the next task so I knew what to expect. I felt so at ease, and so well looked after. Hands down, the best dental experience ever. The clinic is modern and comfortable, staff are lovely. 10/10 would recommend anyone nervous about going to the dentist to give clearly dental a go.

Unable to see my previous dentist who I had been seeing for years due, I was nervous to see someone else for my dental hygiene. Not only was booking in for an appointment done with ease with the awesome receptionists Sarah and Alice. I was amazed by the high quality location and high tech equipment there. On site Xrays and detailed yet simple explanations on how my dental hygiene has progressed over the years. Simply a wow experience here and very Welcoming

The dental work is awesome because nothing seems to break of wear out. Dental plan is simple and prioritises the work that needs to be done for overall dental health. Best Dentist I've ever been to!
