The staff are so polite and respectful as well, I give my highest recommendations to anyone who is afraid of the dentist to pay them a visit.

Negative experience: I’d love to be able to leave good feedback however I’m still waiting on a response from the 23rd of July. I gave all my details and saw this was a highly rated dentist who takes my health insurance but they never got back to me so I’m unable to even book in. Unsure why.

From a reasonable quote for veneers and the 9 months of wearing the aligners I felt totally supported all the time up to the final product. Fantastic experience: My previous dental experience to remove a tooth was quite horrific. I needed a chiropractor immediately and it took 5 weeks for my throat to normalise. Alex, at Kippa-Ring, is very professional. And his original quote was more than the actual cost. Can’t get better than that. Staff are wonderful and they love the muffins for smoko. My treatment is still ongoing, it has made a huge difference to me. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist didn't feel a thing during the while thing well done to Paul and his assistant for such a great job. After 24hrs have little pain a little tender but otherwise I'm very happy-go-lucky.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Alex Tam (Chloe and Team) for any dental implants (dental work) you may require. I have worn dentures for 30 years now, always thinking that perfect smile was far more expensive for me to ever afford. Albeit it was a timely process (10 months all up for bone replacements and implant) but well worth the wait and discomfort at times. Alex and team made me feel so welcome throughout the whole process and he stuck to his quote and looked after me right to the end. Thank you so much Alex (& team)! You have changed my life in feeling comfortable enough to smile again and show my teeth. I highly recommended this team and journey to bring back a nice smile. Thanks again. Fantastic experience: I'm having some work done right now. New teeth Top and bottom. Have not had teeth since 2009 and so far the job is going well.

Negative experience: They are NOT orthodontists - they are cosmetic dentists with interest in ortho; my child has had to have a complete Re do of his braces….. whilst they tried to tell me it was my own issues there was NO disclosure — yes my own fault for not asking more questions; but be notified to check credentials prior to being charged

Negative experience: Dr Alex Tam is more interested in his hip pocket than your smile
