Fantastic experience: Mine was a simple crown fell off and it left sharp tooth exposure causing discomfort to tongue. It was a 15min process to X-ray and smooth out the tooth. $140.00 total. It looked like the X-ray machine was state of the art giving the dentist immediate picture of the problem. I'm not sure if it was AI assistance. That you have to check your self. All good here. Thumbs up.

Negative experience: I chipped my two front teeth over 7 years ago I’ve had to replace over that time with a different dental practice once from chipping the composite filling material and because of discolouration. I decided to get veneers so the colour lasts and will be less prone to chipping I went only for cosmetic reasons to get veneers and whitening. I got them cleaned checked and had no problems with my teeth no cavities which I was very happy about. When I got my veneers I loved them made my smile look more straight and them so much whiter. After finishing my cosmetic work my teeth were sensitive which I understand from whitening 6 months down the road .. I’ve had to have a root canal on one of the front teeth I had gotten the veneers on. My teeth were healthy and had no problems prior to this cosmetic work I had… I’m so disappointed and been so upset about this as I take pride in my teeth and my oral health. I’ve had to miss out on work couldn’t eat or sleep for the last 3 days been in so much pain and after having the root canal I’ve been told I need to go back and have more work on that tooth and it will be discoloured because of the root death and infection and still need to go back to get it filled up. I paid $460 so far for there error from my cosmetic work that has led to this root canal. I’m crying so upset this has cause me a great deal of stress pain and money I paid for there error and am worried the same thing will happen to my other front tooth. I will be seeking legal action as this is not right and unfair for me to pay for a problem that they have made. After my root canal is finished I will not be returning and advise anyone against this dentist I’m very much regretting that I went to this place and hoping I can stop this from happening to anyone else. I wish there was a no star rating for their lack of responsibility of there bad services.

I have the worst anxiety with dentistry I have finally found a dentist that is patient and caring Olivia , Dr Le and the team are the most beautiful people Dr Le was so professional and has great advice I still have a lot of work to get done but with the help from sleep dentistry and there team together they are fantastic I’m sure I’ll have plenty of pleasant check ups and less anxiety once the work is done I can not thank you all enough

Negative experience: Two visits for the same tooth and left in extreme pain after numbness wore off on a Saturday afternoon. Not open again until Monday. I got a root canal done somewhere else which was what I actually needed.

Negative experience: Over charge for treatment by Dr, Chi, and have qoute in writing. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I have been to for my whole 24 years and I have never had a bad experience. I have pretty bad anxiety and almost always end up crying and the staff are always so calm and reassuring with me.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Kim Vo from Beachside Complete Dental Care for both general and cosmetic dentistry. I tend to be uneasy in the dentist's chair and - throughout a procedure - she frequently checks that I'm OK. She explains everything that she's going to do in advance and has a very collaborative approach. I've had general procedures (e.g. fillings, cleaning) with her and also had a couple of 30-year-old porcelain veneers replaced with crowns. I'm extremely happy with the results.

Negative experience: Absolutely very disappointed! Made an appointment 6 days ago, I get a text confirmation to attend, first thing I had to tell them was that my appointment time on my text was wrong to what they told me when I booked. A few hours later I get a call to let me know that they needed to cancel my appointment as I wasn’t in pain and it’s not an emergency! I could have excepted this reason at the time I booked, the reason I wanted sleep dentistry was because of my anxiety, so needless to say I’ve worked myself up to go to the dentist to then be told they are cancelling! Very bad form for people with anxiety. Definitely won’t be re booking.

I couldn’t be more thrilled and thankful for the exceptional care Dr. Le and the entire team have shown me during my months of treatment and procedures. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Le enough! He deserves 10 stars! I have seen 3 different dentists in the last 18 months and every visit my anxiety went up a notch, someone suggested I see Dr Le and from the moment I walked into the clinic I knew I had nothing to worry about. The work I had done today felt effortless (a lot of work with stitches) I have never ever sat in a chair without having to take a couple of breaks due to my anxiety. With Dr Le my anxiety was non existent. He explained in detail the work needed and both Dr Le and his assistant Brooke had the most relaxed/chilled and confident nature about them. Thank you for a pleasant experience and now I look forward to completing the work I have been putting off for a couple of years.

Fantastic experience: After visiting dentists for 60 odd years I can easily say this is The BEST dental surgery I’ve been to and have been for the last year or so . The most caring , friendliest team , easy parking , most advanced in technology and above all the best dentist who pays attention to the finest detail to ensure the best outcome . No need to be sent off here or there to see specialists and can even build a crown on the spot with the latest 3D scanner . Super impressed and highly recommend .

Negative experience: Taken my family of 4 (with our 2 teens getting braces) elsewhere. Appalling lack of care or understanding of basic human kindness and the commentary during my first visit was insulting. My wife came home tearful and totally distraught following a visit to check on a botched extraction - She was told by the Dentist it was her fault the pain was still there (after 14 days). Dry Socket was not recognised/ignored and the damage to her jaw muscles during the extended botched procedure was totally covered up. We will never go back. Do yourself and your family a favour and steer clear, find another Dentist who really cares and who actually listens and understands.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! I can not recommend Beachside Complete Dental Care enough. I hadn’t been to the dentist In years due to bad experience and anxiety. I saw Simone who’s the Oral Health Therapist, from the moment I meet her I felt at ease, I wasn’t judged for not going to the dentist in so long and she was so understanding about my fear. Simone told me exactly step by step what she was going to do and throughout it all was keeping me calm. If anyone has any anxiety about going to the dentist hands down this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding! Professional, caring, and very skilled. A colleague recommended this practice, and I happily travel 3 hrs return to attend appointments. I was SOOOO scared when I had to have a big molar pulled out and have an implant put in. The team took such good care of me, made me feel comfortable, and each step went very smoothly. They showed me how this is what they do very frequently, and they know exactly what to expect. I have seen both Dr Chi and Dr Le, and they are both awesome! All dental assistants and receptionist are all very nice and helpful. After tooth extraction and implant, I was also able to have follow-up email and phone support when I had questions. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic...i had done here a root canal plus a crown (first time) but i was put at ease and the Dentist did an amazing job he was very attentive and made sure the crown was perfectly finished and to the exact color of my teeth..im a regular here now..also the receptionists are so informed and patient with any enquiries you may have! Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Le for many many years now (for over 15 years) and cannot praise him highly enough. He is thorough and caring and always takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease and I am a VERY nervous patient! My teeth honestly have never been better and I would not go to anyone else.The staff are all lovely and caring as well. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was a patient at this clinic for over ten years. Initially I experienced good service at a reasonable rate. However as time wore on, I noticed that every single year they increased their prices. It was no longer affordable to attend every six months. Simultaneous to this was a slip in service, and the amount of time that was spent with you. If I had a question about a problem or concern with my teeth I was given inadequate answers, and quickly ushered out the door after having been charged an exorbitant rate. I have twice had to attend another dentist to amend problems that occurred with my teeth after attending Beachside. Out of misguided loyalty I stuck with Beachside. Since then I have realised it is not the norm for dentists to increase their prices annually. Interestingly, I was astounded to discover that other dentists spend a SIGNIFICANTLY longer amount of time doing a clean and scale, with SIGNIFICANTLY better results. Consequently my teeth have been MUCH cleaner, so has my oral health since leaving Beachside and attending another dentist. My summary is that these dentists are preoccupied with increasing their wealth and squeezing as much money as they can out of their patients, which has compromised their ability to provide professional, caring or affordable service.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with the high standard of treatment, service and care I have received from the team at Beachside Dental.
