Fantastic experience: I am a very very nervous Dental patient. However, I had a very good experience at Brighton Beach Dental. The staff are lovely. Very friendly, calm, nice, relaxed & respectful. Everything was explained and I never felt rushed or pressure. I have to go back for more treatment and I am already at ease with the prospect, because I know what is to come. Well done Brighton Beach Dental. I would 100% recommend you.

Fantastic experience: As someone who usually finds dental visits quite daunting, I can honestly say my experience as a first-time patient at this practice was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. Dr. Tina has a warm, reassuring manner and clearly a wealth of knowledge, which immediately put me at ease. Tina and MaryAnne were both incredibly kind and made me feel truly comfortable throughout the appointment. Afterward, Tina took the time to thoroughly go through my dental plan, and the receptionist was extremely patient and helpful while assisting me in booking the necessary follow-up appointments. I’m genuinely grateful to have found such a caring and professional dental team.

Fantastic experience: I recently had all my wisdom teeth removed here with twilight sedation and I’m so happy and impressed with how well it all happened. Thank you so much Dr Estelle, you were amazing! 10/10 would have you remove them again (but very glad I did them all at once so we don’t need to do that ). I really appreciate you chatting with me while the IV was put in, a perfect distraction. And thank you so much for the thorough checking over of everything and next step after care when I came in because my body decided it wanted to play chess instead of checkers with some of the healing. You were so informative and really put my mind at ease, very happy to be in your hands And thank you to the team for fielding my questions about recovery, and a big thank you to Tania for booking me in getting this rolling after all the run-around I’d had elsewhere. I’ve found my new clinic!

Fantastic experience: My husband and myself saw Heloise this morning for the first time. She's an absolute delight and had all the time in the world for us. We had a clean after 18 months without seeing a dentist and were expecting to be picked at with sharp objects while virtually gritting our teeth. None of that happened. The entire procedure was completely pain free, it was incredible! Definitely returning to see Heloise in the future.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had my wisdom tooth removal at Brighton Beach Dental and I had a very wonderful experience. Thank you to Dr. Estelle Swart for making me feel relax and comfortable as I was very nervous. She was so nice, lovely, caring, gentle, humble and all the positive words I can say, together with her supportive assistant nurse Davina. All the receptionist were so nice and very accommodating, very kind. Thanks also to Dr. Elaine Zepeda and her assistant nurse. They were nice and very kind too. For all of them.

Fantastic experience: We brought our 2 year old in for a filling with Heloise Swart today and all I can say is, wow! What a fantastic experience for a child who has never been to a dentist, Heloise was so patient with her. She took her time to show her every step and every tool she was about to use. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this practice and Heloise to any parents wanting to take their kids to see a dentist. Thank you for this positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Mildred and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. My 91 year old mum had broken her two front teeth and Mildred was able to repair and rebuild them perfectly while her assistant was so kind and comforting to my very anxious mother.Thankyou so much .

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I hadn't been to the dentist for 13years so was very scared but they made me feel so comfortable. Extremely gentle and put numbing cream on before giving the numbing injection so felt nothing. Highly recommend Dr Mildred. Shes wonderful!

Negative experience: I have no problems in reviewing my personal experience with Brighton Dental.I attended for an extraction and I left in tears. Not because of the extraction itself, but because of the arrogant, mean and totally rude comments made to me by the dentist about the condition of my teeth (which is below average)I actually went to the dentist to have my teeth fixed, and all the dentist was able to do is hassle me, destroying the small amount of self image I still had left.I even wrote a very nice letter to Dr Estelle Swart, the owner or manager, to explain what I had experienced there, and she did not even have the respect and professionalism to reply.So my review is as follows:Very unprofessional.Arrogant.People with non perfect teeth are not welcome.My rating is -5 starsObviously this dental surgery does not like to have to work for their money, just want the easy money clean and scale type of work, I can say for a fact that if your teeth need any sort of effort then this particular dental surgery will shame you into not returning. Even if you speak to the boss about it, they will not care either so basically all staff must be trained and encouraged to hassle people with poor teeth.I just hope this review will encourage anyone who reads it to invest their hard earned money into a dentist who is professional and caring (which is NOT this one) Please take you business elsewhere and show these arrogant people that they should be fixing peoples teeth and image, not destroying it.Extremely dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice!! My friend went to a franchise one and got told ridiculous amounts of fillings and teeth work needed to be done! Got a second opinion here and was given good advice and saved alot of $$$$ as only 2 needed to be done! She recommended the place to me (been trying to find a good dentist for ages) and I have never looked back!!! Great friendly service, the staff are amazingly sweet and for someone with a phobia of dentists, trust me when I say it's a good dentist, it's something!!! All the dentists have been friendly and warm - almost forget you're in a dental practise!! Almost didn't want to write the review in case it gets too popular and I can't get in!! Hard to find a great dentist and would highly recommend it to anyone - especially with children - you will not go wrong!!
