Cliff Avenue Dental Surgery

Fantastic experience: I saw a lot of recommendations for Cliff Ave dental so I thought I'd give them a try. I've always found dental cleanings very painful and uncomfortable, and I’ve never gone back to the same dentist twice, but this was the best experience I’ve had. The team were gentle, patient, fun and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I was offered numbing gel, which helped a lot, and I never felt rushed or silly for needing to take a break. I will definitely be returning. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible team for families and young children. I had to bring my 1 year old and 3 year old alone for a check up today and the girls were just incredible with them. My kids usually are a little clingy but they felt so comfortable with the team as I’m sure they could tell how genuinely they love children. Very thorough job on my end too. So happy. Would totally recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this Dentist highly enough. I nervously went in to have two wisdom teeth out and due to the amazing and painless experience, decided to have all four out the same time. The dentist was highly experienced, made me feel really relaxed and the whole thing was pain free. The nurse who was with the dentist was absolutely lovely and kept reassuring me the whole time. I highly recommend this clinic and will be using their services again in the future.

Fantastic experience: We needed to see a dentist for our son and we were travelling through the area! Would not hesitate to recommend this clinic! Everyone from the receptionist right through to the dentist were so lovely, professional and fantastic with children. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists. I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to dentists. After years of avoiding getting work done I finally went. Dr Wong is the best dentist I've been to. She is very good at keeping patients comfortable and calm. Very highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: At 66yrs old I Needed 3 Molars removing. Dr Teck removed them so easy & quickly. Zero Pain, 2 days later, Gum is Sore but Comfortable. Great Work..!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t rate this dentist higher, I came in earlier for an extraction with a big phobia of the dentist, do I still have a phobia? Kind of, maybe, yes? I put a little to much pressure on my dentist and her assistant and used a couple of swear words and they kept calm the whole time and worked with me. The outcome was a successful tooth extraction and I couldn’t be more relieved. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: I'm a fairly nervous person when it comes to my teeth, i had a removal of a molar done here and the team were fantastic very welcoming very calming, they laid out the cost of the procedure prior to commencement also outlaid the cost of future requirements at very fair prices, i may switch to this team as my permanent practice to go to.

Negative experience: I asked if the receptionist could help me fill it out as I recently and am in a splint - unable to write. I was not made to feel welcome or that she was friendly. It was an inconvenience to her. Another patient said he’d help me. Although this was nice of him i felt un easy sharing my personal details with a stranger. Rude, no eye contact, not friendly one bit - obliging. A shame cause the dentist was a very nice man and did a good job. They haven’t replied to my review or email. Disappointing

Fantastic experience: First visit ever having dental work done and I am amazed at the level of expertise, how gentle, patient and lovely ALL of the team were. I had an infected pulp removed and it was literally pain free other than a couple of discomforts finding my numbing level. I look forward to my teeth journey with your practice and HIGHLY recommend not only for the affordability but also the professionalism. A+++

Fantastic experience: Went here really worried about a tooth I needed pulled which I had put off for two weeks. I was worried because I never go to the dentist and was pretty embarrassed about what they might say. Dr Tech and his assistant did a great job. They put me at ease, pulled the tooth and have convinced me to comeback and set a plan to fix or save the rest of them. Thanks guys, I'll be seeing you in a few weeks.!!!

Fantastic experience: For anyone like me who has a fear of the dentist this is the place for you. From the receptionist through to the densist's & assistants my experiences have all been very positive. Dr Teck & Dr Bob are both amazingly patient & will answer all questions. I felt valued as a patient, & everyone couldn't do enough to help & support me. I have given a 5 star rating due to the friendliness & professionalism of all the staff. This is the only dental surgery were I have had value for money & would never go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Rubbish ! I wouldnt waste my time, The staff are rude and Dr Bob is Useless.

Negative experience: Well !?! ... This would have to be the worst, ubrupt, rude, snarly receptionist I have ever encountered. Cant Believe how rude this woman was to me and the old guy asking about his account ... and Dr Bob wasnt much better with his odd weird comments ! .. reply: I was sitting in the waiting room.
