Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Balmain Dentist practice for quite a few years now. I left Sydney and lived for two years in the Nederlands, during which time I didn’t have any check ups. This being through a mixture of trepidation ie finding a Dentist that I was comfortable with, and trusted. In simple lay terms..having a Dentist, Doctor, Mechanic, that one can have confidence in, is worth its weight in gold. Thank you Flora and the team!

Fantastic experience: Staff were wonderful. The care is very professional and an excellent standard. Also, the surgety has such a beautiful, spacious design with the rainforest encased in glass, beautiful artworks, and a very calming and serene energy. I had Dr Huy, and Hitomi, and Kelly also,. I highly recomend it and look forward to coming back again. I had a 3d scan. The machinery is very modern and state of the art Similar to reading another review, I too experienced a fear of the dentist when I was younger from.previous work. However, this place feels so unlike a typical dental surgery. It really is a wonderful place. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are truly amazing. I get very anxious at the dentist due to work done when I was younger. They were professional, calm and so very very kind. After being scared for so long I’m up to my third visit in just months. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Huy for dental implants and major crown work for the past 5 months . My experience was simply amazing . Dr Huy explains everything in detail, shows you the latest techniques and digital scanner , which reassured me and gave great confidence in Dr Huy and how he was going to plan and complete my dental work . Dr Huy is very gentle , highly experienced and professional and I am very satisfied he has looked after main with amazing positive outcomes. Dr Huy gave me the best service and experience and I am ecstatic with the completion and top standard of care I received. I really didn't like going to the dentist and had avoided it it for years and years, but Dr Flora is so kind, takes time to explain things, gives advice, and is genuinely lovely, so it's no longer something I avoid. Negative experience: This dentist placed substantial charges on my account that I had not agreed to and for treatment that i did not receive . I didn't notice until i checked the bill. When challenged, she said the cost of my Invisalign was still cheaper than what would have been elsewhere. When removing the attachment from my front tooth she grinded it back and I am left with a wedge at the top of my front tooth. I hope this review helps others

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Dr Huy Nguyen. He was the only dentist in the area to take on my child's braces as they were put on in the UK. He is assertive and creates a calm environment when he has treated the three of us.

Negative experience: Dr. Flora gave me a horrible orthodontic experience. I was around 10 when she put in an expander, and I got braces at age 12. After almost two years of having the braces, she removed them before my teeth were straight. I was not provided with a retainer nor retaining wire. Two weeks after my braces were removed I returned to Dr. Galoustian, who insisted that I should get braces AGAIN because my teeth had moved, simply because she neglected taking the time to provide me with a retainer. I had to visit my local dentist to correct her mistakes, which included her chipping my tooth during the removal of the braces. I could continue with many ways in which she has been unprofessional, and after several years of her services, I’ve been left extremely disappointed with the results. If you are looking into her services for either you or your child, I would NOT recommend Dr. Flora. You will be left highly unsatisfied after a very expensive, long, and honestly tiring experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to see Dr Galoustian for over 22 years. She is such a fantastic and lovely dentist. Very professional and always friendly. The whole team are helpful and easygoing. When it was time for my wedding Dr Galoustian helped us both look our best for the big day. Always a pleasure to have an appointment. If you are looking for a dentist I can’t recommend Dr Galoustian enough. My whole family come here as well as many friends.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Flora for many years for dental checkups. She did my orthodontic work and the difference to my teeth was amazing. She now also sees my two children aged 4 and 2 and her manner is so lovely, my son gets particularly excited for a dental visit even after a tooth extraction. She has plenty of advice on all dental related subjects including thumb sucking, tongue ties, dental issues in pregnancy, speech impediments. She is reasonably priced and her support staff are an amazing team who are more than happy to assist with private health care and Medicare issues. The clinic is beautiful, relaxing and pristine.
