Fantastic experience: I was first introduced to Dr Henry Ho when he was consulting to my regular Dentist in my home town of Forster. Kenny provided me with an assessment of what could be done to improve my general dental health and appearance. He explained each process and developed a plan that included Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth, and the benefits to my bite of implant surgery. I have now completed this plan over a 12 month period and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My teeth feel stronger and the appearance has improved markedly. Thank you Kenny, job well done.

However, Dr. Ken not only assisted me with a payment plan but also impressed me with his extensive knowledge of dentistry. His captivating stories had me laughing throughout the entire visit. Before I knew it, the appointment was over. The entire team at his practice made me feel welcome and instilled a great sense of trust in Dr. Ken's skilled hands. While I usually don't endorse dentists, I can't deny that he is the best dentist I have ever been to, and I will definitely continue to see him.

Negative experience: I had one of the bad experiences in this clinic. They charged me too much just for check up. They also charged me to explain how to use dental floss!!! It’s not fair.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tegan Ryan was very thorough for my check up. She went above and beyond in cleaning my teeth, and even used air powder to get rid of all the stubborn staining between my teeth. I have sensitive teeth at the best of times and was very happy that the clean was not uncomfortable whatsoever. I will be returning for my 6 monthly appointments and recommend her highly.

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Dr Ken Ho, probably 2 and a bit years ago. When I first saw him my teeth were not in great shape at all. Dr Ken has fixed all of my teeth and has given my confidence back. Dr Ken is by far the friendliest and most honest dentist I have ever been to. Even having a wisdom tooth extracted was painless for me. The staff that work at the clinic are very nice and very friendly. Fantastic experience: Usually I am very scared of the Dentist and after i cracked my tooth in half I was so nervous to get it fixed Dr Ken fixed it over two visits and it was pain free just like he promised me. He talked me through the whole process step by step and took the time to get the fake filler tooth to match in colour and shape. I am so grateful I found a Dentist that cares about me and my health. As an MMA fighter I need to have a good dentist incase anything happens and I will be going to Ken. In fact, Im back in two weeks for a clean and Im not even scared.

Fantastic experience: At my first appointment I told Dr Ho that “I hate going to the dentist”, he asked me what I do and I told him that I am a 3d animator. He joked “I hate 3d animators!”. This is when I realized he was different. Dr Ho is not only a top class, experienced and knowledgeable dentist... His charming personality and caring demeanor makes visiting the dentist a positive experience. Whether it was removing my wisdom teeth or just a cleaning, He always makes me feel like I have a level of control as well as an understanding of what he is doing and why. After a few bad experiences with different dentists, I put off seeing a dentist for a long time. Nowadays, it is no longer something I dread. After your first appointment with Dr Ho, you will see what I mean.

Fantastic experience: Needed to talk to a dentist in an emergency for my daughter on Easter Friday evening. Hours of calling round everywhere and this place picked up straight away, were very pleasant and gave good advice and reassured me. Got an appointment for first thing Easter Saturday - not an easy task. Not a lot of other places open. Also said to call them back any time if I had any other issues. Loved their customer service, and flexible hours.
