Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth removed here and it was not only quick but also very affordable. Very good and trustworthy Dentist, would recommend. If you are preparing to become a missionary, he offers a 25% discount aswell so if you don't live too far away from chermside, then definitely go to him as dental work can be expensive!

Fantastic experience: If you are an anxious patient (like me ) then this dental practice is for YOU!!! I had put off seeing a dentist for several years because of dread but this will be a thing of the past now that I have found this dentist!!!! Dr Jest is soooooo kind and patient. He really listens to and respects your concerns (no matter how silly they may seem!!). A big shout out to Eleanor, the dental nurse, too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Martin Jest and his amazing staff are truly incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards me (who suffers from really severe dentophobia) was something I had never experienced in my entire life (and I am in my 50's). Dr Martin Jest also has extraordinary dental skills, he is a true magician because I didn't even feel the needles! He managed to extract ten (10) of my teeth without any problems, even though my previous dentist insisted I needed to have the procedure done in a fancy overpriced private hospital under general anesthetic!!! Dr Jest pulled them out under local anesthetic with some Fairy gas, and I didn't feel a thing! I am 2 days post procedure and still think I must have dreamed because I have hardly any pain and a beautiful smile!. My only wish is that I would have met Dr Martin Jest 20 or 30 years ago, I would never have developed such a severe dental phobia, I would never have felt sick from anxiety and I would undoubtedly still have most of my own teeth too! I am forever indebted to Dr Martin Jest and his team, in particular Tatiana, who held my hand, literally, throughout the procedure. To have this kind of empathy, compassion, understanding, combined with incredible dental surgery skills, is really unique. I cannot thank them enough – and I could not recommend them higher! You would honestly be crazy not to choose Dr Martin Jest (and his team) as your dentist! In addition to the above, their beautiful rooms and the free car parking, they are also very honest and very affordable. In fact my previous general dentist (not even a dental surgeon) quoted me 500% more (you read that correctly, five hundred percent) for the very same procedure, which she then claimed she couldn't do because it "would be incredibly difficult, then impossible under local anesthetic"... Dr Martin had zero problems doing the procedure! I am so very grateful to you, Dr Martin Jest and to your assistants, in particular Tatiana, for giving me such a positive dental experience ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Martin and his Team. Prior to this appointment I had been to 5 different dentists who all told me that they couldn't operate and wouldn't feel comfortable extracting my wisdom teeth as they were too close to my nerves. Dr Martin was not only able to take them all out with ease but his prices were very affordable as well. I am forever grateful to have been referred to by a friend to Dr Martin and I would encourage others to do so. He and his team were very professional and extremely careful with me. Fantastic experience: 15 years ago my mother came to Dr Martin for a second opinion on her 10 year old son’s badly chipped front right tooth, with the dentist prior suggesting a complicated implant at $2,000. Dr Martin not only advised that this would have led to further potentially more serious problems down the track, but also recommended and proceeded to provide an inexpensive filling instead, which was completely unnoticeable. This temporary filling chipped off today, 15 years later while I was stupidly biting my finger nails. Within literally an hour I had arranged to see Dr Martin again, who replaced the filling quickly, with zero pain, and was very friendly. I was also concerned about costs but it ended up being incredibly affordable. Needless to say, Dr Martin is an incredibly skilled and trustworthy dentist, couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I was in Brisbane with work for a few weeks and while there developed toothache which was incredibly painful. I tried several local dentists but none seemed to be able to pin-point the issue - until I visited Dr Martin Jest and his team. What a difference; the relief was quick and unbelievable. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Martin Jest last week to have a tooth extraction. I was nervous but he was very calming. He gave me 2 needles but I didn't feel any pain. He took my tooth out very skilfully with a minimum of fuss. Two hours after I got home when I have the feeling back , I have no pain at all. To sum up my experience Dr Martin Jest was professional, courteous and caring. In addition the surgery was very clean and his assistant was also professional and well mannered.

Fantastic experience: Excellent with children! My daughter has only just started prep this year and it was time to head to the dentist. Izzy needed some deep fillings done which would require a needle for anesthetic. My daughter has anxiety and I was very concerned about the treatment. It was split into two sessions and Dr Jest was amazing. Himself and his assistant were so patient and kind. They took the time to explain everything to my daughter and made her feel comfortable and relaxed. She even got to pick which music she would like to listen to which was 'Bananas in Pyjamas'. Dr Jest gave Izzy 'fairy gas' which relaxed her completely and she did not even realise or feel that she was getting a needle. The rest of the procedure was fine and this morning we have returned for our second stage of treatment. Izzy was more than happy to come back and she sat straight up in the chair, popped on her glasses and her and the dentist sang songs before starting the treatment. As a parent, I can highly recommend Dr Jest and his team for anyone that has children. Instead of my daughter now being scared of the dentist she will be happy to return next year for our yearly checkup which makes life as a parent so much easier and less stressful. He does a great job at a reasonable price, while treating you with kindness and respect. Fantastic experience: What a brilliant dentist Dr Jest is.On friday morning at 11 am on the 10 th of august 2018 i rang the dental surgery hoping that i would be able to see Dr Jest that day as i was in pain with a toothache.To my surprise Tatiana was able to have me in the dental chair at 12.30 pm that very day. By 1.15 pm i was walking out pain free and with a smile on my face.My only regret is that i hadn't gone to him years earlier. I give Dr Jest and his staff my highest recommendation.Definitely 5 stars all the way.
