Previously, I had been extremely anxious about dental visits, but my experience at this clinic has been truly transformative. The pain management techniques employed by the team were outstanding, and the amenities, such as the ceiling-mounted TV screening Netflix, provided a wonderful distraction during my treatment. I particularly appreciate the clear explanations provided regarding my treatment and associated costs. Dr. Shah's gentle and efficient approach to her work was truly impressive. I am more than happy to highly recommend A P Dental to anyone seeking a professional and compassionate dental care provider.

Negative experience: I wasn't advised when they emailed me telling me it was time to return for a yearly check-up. That what was a free scale + clean, and examination, was now going to cost over $300. A lot of money when you aren't told in advance. Total time go to woe was 25 minutes. So time in chair 15-20 max Yeah ok people have to get paid. But when this includes additional charges that again have no forewarning and no option to decline. That's what I call dishonest. Not to mention there's only a quote for more work to show for it. To be quite frank, I think they are straight up dodgy.

Negative experience: Stay away, went here 6 months ago for 3 fillings. All need to be redone due to issues with them. They also try suggest additional work needs to be done that doesn’t.

They were very clear with what I would need to do to care after and even called to check up on me a couple days after. They recommended to me that they do Invisalign there on my first clean appointment, fast forward a few months I am now half way through my Invisalign journey and I couldn’t be more grateful and happy with my results so far. Fantastic experience: My first visit to A P Dental was to make an appointment, however, I was taken in immediately & had my teeth cleaned. The following week I had 5 extractions. Despite my sensitive teeth and gums, the whole procedure thus far has been free of pain. My mouth has not been this comfortable for 60 years.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and service from Dr Jigisha Shah in particular. She took great care in putting a piece of gauze in my mouth so I wouldn’t taste the horrible antiseptic solution. I’ve never had such care like this at any dentist I have been to in my life. She explains everything that needs to be done and as she is doing it. Excellent dentist, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Went for first time about 6 months ago to have my teeth cleaned. X-rays taken given detailed list of suggested work I needed done and claim amount of rebate understanding. This first visit i was told was covered by my health cover. I left feeling surprised having looked after my teeth as the now suggested work required, which was not much change from $1, 000 even with private health cover. As I did contemplate the work required today I went to a completely different dentist, a different business and different location. This new dentist Id never seen before. He also took x-rays certainly looked at all my teeth and told me I needed nothing more than another clean. I have never given any dentist a bad review however I feel it's important to share my experience of both dentists and the comparison of each view point on what I needed to have done.I'm going to get my teeth cleaned with the other dentists in a couple of weeks as I trust it's all I needed done also.

I went to A P Dental because it was at the end of my street and they had immediate appointments. I am very happy I did, I received prompt pain relief and a plan going forward that was clearly explained and suited my rather strange work roster. I would not hesitate to recommend AP Dental.

I travel from the south west especially to be treated by Dr Shah and will continue to do so. I place all my confidence in AP Dental and thank them for outstanding treatments and professionalism.
