Fantastic experience: My experience today was nerve racking initially, however on meeting Dr Wong and her assistant, I was put at ease immediately. My questions were answered and the explanations were clear and easily understood. The work carried out in fully explained careful steps and I was in no pain at all. From my first contact with the receptionist who was so nice, even explaining to me the exact parking spaces allotted to Dr Wongs patients, which was such a help, I am totally impressed with this practice and it’s wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with needing the expertise of an endodontist. I found all members of the team to be professional, friendly and efficient from my first point of contact through to the completion of my treatment. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with dr Laureen Roh. She and the whole team made my experience pain free and very comfortable, especially for something that isn’t fun at all. I got squeezed in for an appointment last minute and they got my root canal done in one appointment so I wouldn’t have any further issues! She spoke through the whole process so I knew what the steps were making it easier to handle. Such a lovely professional experience! Robin in reception was also so super lovely and easy going with organising everything!

Positive experience: I had an incredible experience at this clinic. Needed two visits. Was very nervous on my first, as I always am at the dentist. However Dr. Roh was amazing! She was very calming and made me feel in very capable hands. She explained what she was doing while she did it which I found really helped me relax. No that anyone would wish to need these services, but if the occasion warrants it, this clinic is AMAZING!

Fantastic experience: Dr Laureen Roh and staff were extremely professional. She talked me through the procedure as the surgery was being done. Its my second surgery. There was zero pain during this surgery (and the previous one). No pain in the week that followed.Now i am getting the stiches removed.

After I emailed them the night before about my toothache, they scheduled an appointment for me the very next morning and helped relieve my pain. I had severe pain while chewing and biting and swollen gums. After seeing my regular dentist, I was referred to Dr Wong. She did a meticulous investigation on the causes of the pain and discovered a crack in one tooth in a very tricky position and a root canal issue in another tooth. Dr Wong clearly explained her findings and proposed treatments to me. Her kind and supportive attitude, her superb professional knowledge and exceptional patience had been most re-assuring and trust-bonding. I was lucky to get the two necessary root canal treatments done in the same afternoon in an anxiety-free mental state. I also got a follow-up call from Robyn to check on my situation. Fantastic experience: Dr. Wong helped me with a root canal treatment a few weeks ago, and I cannot recommend her and the whole MyEndodontist team highly enough for their exceptional skill and friendly approach. Dr. Wong is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She patiently explained everything in plain English, breaking down the treatment options in great detail to help me make an informed decision. The experience felt like a mini-seminar - I actually learned a lot! She’s truly working with you to try to solve the problem. She was also really gentle and caring throughout the procedure, explaining each step along the way. I experienced no pain or discomfort afterward, and within a few days, the gum abscess that had been bothering me for over a month disappeared completely. Elaine, the dental assistant, is incredibly nice and kind. There’s always a warm smile on her face, making her patient feel calm and relaxed instantly. Robyn at the reception is really welcoming and warm, and she handles all the queries, bookings, and phone calls with such a calm and efficient approach. And on top of all that, the waiting room features a beautiful aquarium filled with little fish :) It really keep your mind off things while you wait. Again, highly recommend Dr. Wong and her team. You will be in very good hands.

Fantastic experience: It took me over 5+years to work up the courage to get a root canal done then earlier this year my Dentist referred me to an Endodontist. I had the referral for weeks and again kept on putting it off then finally, I gave in as I knew deep down this has gone on too long so took the plunge. WOW!!! The whole process is honestly, painless and just so professional, kid you not, my 1st session I had a nap during the treatment and the second one, I dozed off a little but I was relaxed. Fantastic experience: I underwent a root canal procedure performed by Dr. Wong, and I must say it was a thoroughly smooth experience. The entire staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. They even followed up with me for four consecutive days to ensure I was recovering well. Dr. Wong expertly rectified a subpar root canal job done previously by another dentist, who had missed a root, leading to infection. I highly recommend this clinic for their exceptional care and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Like many people, I have a complete phobia about the dentist, but Dr Roh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the 2 part Root Canal treatment. She talked me through everything and made the procedures much more bearable. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Karen Wong and the team at myEndodontist North Lakes. My dentist referred me for a root canal and given my anxiety I honestly wasn't sure how I would cope with having the procedure. From my very first appointment, Dr Karen and her team were so incredibly kind, caring and supportive. I was worried about having sedatives to help with my anxiety and Dr Karen was amazing! She supported my decision to attempt the procedure without and I have honestly never felt in safer hands. She explained everything regarding the procedure both before and during. She was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process and never once made me feel that my anxiety was problematic. Dr Karen is also very honest and did not perform any work unnecessarily, she managed to save my tooth from an expected root canal by performing vital pulp therapy as an alternative treatment. She is highly professional, knowledgeable and her work is exceptional. I experienced no pain during and after the procedure and the follow up care was wonderful. Robyn at the front desk is such a sweet, beautiful person who also makes the experience genuinely caring and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best place to go if you need a specialist! I traveled far, a good almost 2 hours to go here because it was recommended by my dentist and am I glad I went here!! Everyone is so nice the receptionist is a sweet heart and made me feel welcome immediately! The specialist made me feel right at home always asking if I was ok or needed a break. Above all, hygienne is impeccable. Waiting office for any lover of art is a real paradise. Calm, clean and staff is above politeness and friendliness. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Very organized and above professional. Real shame that there are only 5 stars. Dr. Karen Wong as she deserves 10 stars. I've already recommended Dr. Wong to few friends despite that only two days passed. No pain, no swelling, no inflammation. Highly recommend her to anyone who has anxiety about a dentist. If needed I'm coming back to her.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laureen Roh worked with my Prosthodontist to successfully treat a very complex clenching and grinding condition. Dr Roh performed 3 x Root Canal's in the one sitting! Dr Roh and her team were attentive, professional and showed a genuine commitment to my care and a desire to achieve an outstanding outcome....and that they did! I was nervous about 3 procedures however I needn't have been as I had no pain during or following the appointment. Fantastic experience: I went to My Endodontist (North Lakes) Dr Laureen Roh as a last ditch effort to save my front tooth due which had ongoing, worsening, massive infection from a leaking root canal. Laureen thoroughly assessed my tooth and clearly explained the me the type of procedure that was required to save the tooth (surgery via the gum above the tooth). I opted to have the surgery and it's been successful. The follow-up was wonderful. Laureen was very kind and during the procedure explained what she was doing. She had a high level of expertise. All the staff at the clinic were extremely professional and customer focussed. I would highly recommend My Endodontist at North Lakes.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky to find this clinic before my teeth would go worse. They have specialists who have vast of experience, have an eye for details and humanity in them which I cannot thank enough. I was reassured and comforted through the whole treatment. It was another fortune that I could get my Tx done in my first language as they have specialists who also speak other languages listed on their website. Reasonably charged compare to other practices It's now "my endodontist" for sure definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for root canal treatment. I have three teeth need to be done for root canal treatment and two of them were actually worked by previous general dentist. However, they were not settled down and the pain keeps coming back and end up with inflammations and swollen face. The dentist referred me to the specialist and I am lucky that I approach Dr Karen Wong for the continued treatment. Dr Karen is the co-founder of this clinic and this clinic just opened two months ago, I am very thankful that I have the opportunity to get an early appointment to continue my treatments. Dr Karen found the extra canal that the dentist did not find and complete the treatment. For another tooth which actually has crown over it, Dr Karen access through the crown and finished part of the treatment as well. I have been there twice for now, I actually felt scared and not secured before because of the complications and the pain. However, when I first stepped into the clinic, I felt calm by the first glance at the environment because of the clean of the clinic and organised staff. During both appointments, I did not feel any discomfortable at all and Dr Karen is really skilled and gentle. She pays attention to details and is patient enough to explain what happened to my teeth and what she will do. This is really important because as a patient, we need to know what is going on and what options to go with. It is not fun to experience what I have had before, we always need a right person to do the root canal treatment. I feel much better and assured now.
