Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend more highly. In particular if you have children who are slightly nervous about going to the dentist, this is the practice for you. such care and attention. My son is often nervous about visiting the dentist. This is always such a calm and smooth experience due to the care and practice of this clinic. If you’re looking for a dentist in Sydney eastern suburbs look no further.

Positive experience: Care, professionalism and integrity I had a dental crown that unfortunately broke after just a few years, and even though it was originally placed by a now-retired dentist from the same clinic, Dr. Nourozi was incredibly kind and professional in helping me with the replacement. From start to finish, the process was handled with great care, and I really appreciated the supportive, no-stress approach. It’s clear that this clinic values long-term patient relationships and stands behind the quality of their work. I’m very happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Nourozi and the entire team to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shahin is a great dentist! I got a filling and resetting my metal inlay but I didn’t feel any pain and it’s so smooth after that. He is careful,making sure you're alright and comfortable the whole time. The injection is also painless High recommended!

Fantastic experience: I don’t think any review can accurately represent the way I feel about Clovelly Dental and Dr Nourozi. I’ve had teeth issues my whole life and with that came a lot of work, leaving me with very weak, bad looking teeth that I was so so self conscious of. At the beginning of 2022 I went to clovelly dental and Dr Nourozi reassured me that there was a solution. He took the time to explain the details of a plan, and answered all my questions. Over the span of a year and a half I was given Invisalign, and then a whole new smile! In terms of in the chair, the care that he takes is like no other dentist I’ve had (and there have been a few!) he is careful and measured with everything, making sure you’re not in pain and comfortable the whole time. I never even think about my teeth anymore. I just see my smile and I’m so glad I took the chance to get work done with such a talented dentist.

Fantastic experience: After 7 visits to 3 other dentists regarding the same tooth, I finally found Dr Shahin Nourozi. On the first visit, it took him about 30 minutes to fix the tooth and I can now eat on that side of my mouth again! When he put the local anaesthesia in, I didn't even feel it and throughout the whole process, i felt neither pain nor discomfort. He explained what he was doing throughout the whole process and was very caring and kind. I very highly recommend Dr Nourozi. EDIT: yesterday I had zoom whitening done by Dr Nourozi and I'm stoked with the results. The procedure was painless and throughout the process, Dr Nourozi and his dental assistant checked in on me every 15 minutes or so. I. Over the moon with the results and it was money well spent.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Nourozi in Clovelly dental for checkups/ cleanings the past 2 years. I’ve recently finished my aligners treatment to straighten my teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Everyone in the practice is so accomodating and friendly and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nourozi is the best! I could not be more pleased with my experience with the best dentist I have ever between the UK, Brazil and Australia. He remembers the fine details of my dental history every time, even after not seeing me for a year. His touch is delicate to ensure there is no discomfort. I have never had any discomfort during procedures. Highly recommend going to him if you are needing dental work done. Outstanding service, treatment and results every time!

Negative experience: Ive waited a while to write this review, but was speaking about my situation and realised that it may be important for you all. I went in for a checkup, where a x-ray was advertised as included. But it wasnt given, because their machine was broken and so they sent me to a different site on another day, and then return to Clovelly Dental. That made 3 different appointments on different days instead of 1 because of their false advertising. But the worst thing was that after getting a cavity filled in one of my back molars, I couldnt put any pressure on that tooth anymore. Its like filling the cavity exposed a nerve or put pressure on it. Complete agony. The dentist did not know what was going on, and did try to shave my filling down a week later, but that didnt work. His idea then was that the tooth had coincidentally gotten new pain that has nothing to do with his filling (eye roll...) and since nothing else was working, the only thing left was to pull it out. Second opinion time. I went to another dentist and he said its insane to pull a healthy tooth. He said that it could be that the filling paste doesnt agree with my tooth, and using a different paste may help. I actually brought this information back to Clovelly Dentist so they could try and rectify the problem, but they said it was preposterous. Well, it wasnt preposterous. Cuz my new dentist grinded down the old filling and refilled the cavity with a new paste and the pain immediately stopped. Look, I dont enjoy writing these, and I usually wouldnt, but I really didnt like the false advertising (I dont have time to go to 3 appointments), but I REALLY dont like the fact that a healthy tooth would have been pulled out if I didnt spend way more time and money going against what is supposed to be a professionals opinion.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful and caring dental practice. I’m a bit nervous about dentists but everyone was so lovely and I got great care and advice. I’m definitely going back next time.

Negative experience: This surgery which seems to have fly in fly out dentists is listed as a Members Choice by Medibank. Made an appointment to have a checkup. A female dentist there provided me a detailed quote for the problems I needed to have addressed. All and good except I was advised that this dentist only works there one day a week and was not available for the next two weeks so I made an appointment to see another dentist there a few days later. This particular dentist started working on other problems (defined by him) not listed on the original quote and when I questioned him on this EXTRA work (which I only found out about after 2 visits) his response was to tell me that the female dentist did not do a good job in assessing my problem. The extra work he would have performed doubled the original quote if I had continued going to this place. I raised this with Medibank and suggested that they remove this surgery from their Members Choice so that others like me are not conned as I was. They have not done so, therefore I write this review. Beware!

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Masty Alemzadeh in Clovelly Dental last week and my experience with her was very positive. She was very gentle and explained everything she was doing in detail and I was very confident that she is doing her best. I didn't feel any discomfort and very satisfied at the end of the session.
