Fantastic experience: A wonderful surgery to attend to dental needs. Cheerfully greeted by Suzie & Rebecca, I was then into the dental chair, on time. Dr Biju Mahadev is a gentle, caring & thorough dentist. He always gives a full update on any current or future needs. Very professional & informed.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever been to, avoid at all costs, Dr Rebecca had no idea what she was doing, was asking me for advice?!?!? Weny in for a simple extraction of a damaged tooth whuch I told her I thought had an infection beforehand, she firstly injected the anaesthetic into the most swollen part before anywhere else and then did another needle straight into the painful tooth without waiting for the first needle to take effect, I was crying it hurt so bad, I've had previous extractions before but this was the worst and no care taken whatsoever despite me saying I was scared and nervous of dentists. She said she was running out of time before she even started, the assistant mentioned something about equipment not being sterilized and was cleaning it in the surgery room. The dentist broke the crown of the tooth trying to use forceps without leveraging the tooth up first, then had to break the tooth into pieces to extract which cost a lot more money, then she said she didn't realize I had three roots on the tooth instead of 2 despite doing an X-ray, she was looking frantic and asked the assistant to call anotheydentis in to help her but rather than wait for him she kept trying and at one point had to give more anaesthetic as s she was pulling so hard on my jaw bone I wouldn't be surprised if she broke my jaw. She made no attempt to flush the socket out or drain the infection and only gave very weak antibiotics which I had to ask for. Two days later I was in terrible pain and called for help, they told me it was normal. That night the pain was so bad I couldn't sleep and called again next day asking for pain relief and stronger antibiotics which both were refused. I called my Dr and even thee receptionist knew the antibiotics were not strong enough and my Dr took one look and told me an abscess had formed because she didn't clean it out properly and gave me two different types of strong antibiotics and pain relief. When I called the dentist back to complain the manager refused to accept that the dentist did anything wrong, effectively called me a liar when I told her about unsterilized equipment then disagreed with the Dr and said I had dry socket when she hadn't even seen me and the dentist put dry socket medication in because I asked her to. Absolutely negligible care, rude manager, inexperienced dentist who refused to listen to what I said and left me in the worst pain for days without help. Avoid this awful place like the plague!!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional and thorough. Dr Liu explains everything in a wonderfully calming way. With my crown, he was super proficient. I appreciate the waiting room 80's tunes, the easy parking and great toilets and Susie is awesome on reception

From the reception, to the dental assistants, to the dentists, everybody does a fantastic job at providing an excellent service and customer experience at a fair and reasonable price. Couldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, had an appointment with Dr Cao. She is very green and inexperienced, 10 mins consultation with nothing, she doesn't even know how to find out what problem is. just asked me to do another check up and xray and not sure if she can fix it , even I have that xray. For another dentist, it is just an filling to fix it, easy job. Oh not to mention, that fantastic 10 mins with nothing done cost me over a hundred dollars.

Fantastic experience: I seen Dr Robert Ogle. I was made to feel very welcome and having a huge phobia of the dentist I was soon put at ease. I highly recommend this dentist and will be back again to see Robert. So friendly and no judgement about my teeth as I’ve always worried about my teeth. Great to see some payment options available to help with upfront costs.

Negative experience: 10 minute consult - told me they couldn’t help when other dentist told me they could, as I was shopping around for quotes. I believe she was trying to cover her inexperience as she kept asking if I wanted a check up.. and charged me $70 to tell me “no” she couldn’t help with my request.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful and caring staff. I suffer from anxiety when it comes to the dentist after some horrible experiences when I was younger. The dentists where calm and talked me though the whole process. Also they made 100% sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing. I would highly suggest everyone use this practice.

If for any reason any of our patients have a less than satisfactory experience we would always endeavour to address any concerns that may have been raised. We believe that our role is to make sure that all our patients are fully aware of all the treatment options available to them so that they can make informed choices regarding their treatment options before any treatment is carried out. Fantastic experience: I have been a long term patient of this practice and have, without exception, found them to be excellent - a model to which other practices should aspire. Always courteous, efficient and friendly, the practice always keeps up with the latest information and dental practice. One of the best elements is that, as a patient, everything is explained and the choices (with expected results) so that one can make a fully informed choice .

Negative experience: I have been extremely unimpressed with the service of this clinic, poor communication from reception, receiving reminders to my phone for appointments not even scheduled. Poor addressing of issues and extremely high costs. I arranged my first appointment due to a small chip causing no pain, the dentist decided on a temporary filling on a completely different tooth with no previous damage (wasn't causing pain). I went to the followup appointment to get the filling completed and have my x-rays viewed only to have no work done again and was billed extremely high. The staff in reception have been unfriendly and rude. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone hoping for quality care. They obviously do not strive to achieve their personal philosophy as a dental clinic.
