Negative experience: August went to this dentist for the 1st time, had a govt dental voucher to remove aching tooth, I didn’t want exrays just extraction, was convinced to get exrays , dentist informs me the tooth was ok but the one next to it was dead (never had any problems with it) , he drilled and filled, afterwards told me it was a temporary filling and I would have to come back for root canal, went home with 2 aching teeth, went back yesterday (February), told dentist I had been elsewhere and had exrays and the original aching tooth was in fact comprised and could he please take it out , he wanted more exrays, I said I didn’t want any more exrays just this aching tooth out, he said he wanted more tests done, I was getting so upset, won’t ever go back and will be taking further action, money grabbing at its worst, no follow up and no apology , the original govt voucher issued for this procedure they have kept and the job was not done, very bad practice, Anne Brenen ...

Fantastic experience: Took my Daughter to see Colin very informative and respectful dentist, I was amazed about how he got me involved and explained in detail the procedures. More interested in helping you with dental health as apposed to money grabbing like many other places locally. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful 10/10 Premises very clean and professional.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this dentist. I was very nervous going into my appointment as I had a bad experience at a previous dentist, but Colin was great. He was gentle and I felt no discomfort or pain at all. He was informative and kind. His assistant, Hannah, was also lovely and accommodating.

Positive experience: Staff we friendly enough and accommodated my schedule to find an appointment and took my Smiles Dental discount. Although, I had a follow up appointment since my jaw had been locked since my fillings procedure. The dentist showed me how to reset my own jaw, and told me I could get a friend to help me, but never offered to fix it himself. He was the professional and should have fixed my jaw, since he was the one that dislodged it weeks ago and it is still not the same. Perhaps they didn't want to do anything because I wasn't paying for the follow up meeting...

Fantastic experience: All staff made going to the dentist as pleasant as it could be given the nature of their service. They were thoughtful, patient and respectful. Dr Colin Harfield was particularly patient, explaining what I could do to reduce my anxiety with dentists and what he would be doing that day. As a patient who has an almost phobic reaction to being in the dentist chair, it was the best experience I'd had in that situation. Many thanks to all staff there. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting high quality and professional dentistry.

Fantastic experience: David has been our family dentist for over ten years. We have followed him to each practice and have driven as far as his surgery in Kilcoy when in need of an urgent appointment. We have always received exceptional care and attention from not only David but his whole team. If you have a serious dental issue and there is a way to save a tooth David will find it and he will not send you broke doing so. I can not recommend this practice more highly.

Negative experience: Not happy with my dentist caused another problem while fixing one. I found them rude, carless, I wouldn't send my dog there to get dental work done. From my personal experience I would not recommend them.

Negative experience: Had a 2.30 appointment with my son this afternoon the 11th September. I am in the process of a very serious complaint with the Office of the Health Ombudsman due to my son being given a neurotoxin, after I made it very clear before starting the examination, he was to have NO fluoride. The dentist responsible has zero knowledge of his products, to my horror and disgust I read the tooth polish used contained 1.2% fluoride! And his knowledge of amalgam fillings and their dangers is seriously questionable too ( apparently they’re ok for kids too?? Really??) Go here for your check up if you dare.

Fantastic experience: It’s 10 years since I went to a dentist as I have sensitive teeth and it’s scary. Colin and the team made sure I was comfortable and the experience was pain free. Fantastic experience: Have only just started going to this dentist and can say it is the best that I have found. Staff are all friendly and very professional. I see Colin and he is very efficient in what he does. They work in with you and also tell you to work at getting the work you need done rather than telling you to do it all at once. They also offer you a company that helps you get dentist visits cheaper, and explain everything in easy to understand terms. Very happy and will recommend to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I called other local dentists and received no answer or was sent to voice mail. Complete Dentistry answered immediately, and fit me in straight away. Presented with tooth pain and they discovered the cause straight away. I was made to feel comfortable and reassured and everything was explained in lingo I could understand! Fantastic experience: Colin built up my 2 front top teeth that had been worn away just with 71yrs chewing and made such a remarkable difference. Have had many compliments and I am so happy with the result . Other dentistry work has been undertaken with so much supportive care and just very happy overall. Negative experience: I had 2 fillings done a year ago here, afterwards when I would eat/drink anything slightly warmer or cooler than my mouth temperature I would get a sharp pain where the fillings were down to my jaw from a sudden temperature change, I have never had sensitive teeth before going to this dentist but now a year later I still have to warm the tap water up before rinsing my mouth otherwise it hurts my teeth.
