I cannot recommend his professional and friendly expertise and team enough. As my family has grown, I now bring my preschooler daughter also for check ups with Dr Tang and he is excellent with children.

The environment inside is very clean, also it’s very convenient to park the car there.

Negative experience: 进去之后，Johnson医生没有任何问询，直接开始检查。检查完毕后质问我为什么不早点看诊。从他身上看不到耐心与关爱，并且检查有疏漏。 这个诊所看诊40刀，拍片子50刀，而当我第二天去Chatswood看诊时，同样的两个步骤加起来50刀，年轻医生看出了Johnson医生没有注意到的问题，而且讲解得非常耐心详细。 永远不会再去了。

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to dr Jonathan for 6 years now and I will not go anywhere else. I moved from Sydney to Newcastle and wasn’t happy with my service in Newcastle. Me being from out of town in the Hunter valley they were always happy to adjust their consultations to accommodate my travelling schedule and achieve the next stage in my schedule. Fantastic experience: I been going to Ashfield Family Dental for several years now, and have always been very satisfied with the service they provide. Their facilities are immaculately maintained, always clean and inviting. When I moved house, I thought I'd try other dental practices in my local area, but they were never as good as Ashfield. I will keep going to this dentist even though it's a long distance to travel from my home.

Fantastic experience: My daughter’s first dental visit was filling. First dental visit for a child is not always easy. But Dr Evita took care of my daughter and surprisingly she cooperated very well and smiled when she walked out from treatment room. Highly recommend this practice. Great dentist and friendly staff.

Negative experience: I hate leaving poor reviews but unfortunately due to terrible outcomes from this dentist I have no choice. I went in with a broken filling from an accident. Instead of dealing with this the dentist told me my X-ray's showed I needed two additional fillings and needed an appointment for each one then another appointment to fix the original problem I presented with. The first filling was done and felt rough and unfinished but was basically ok. The second one was done on a secondary visit and although I had no pain prior to either filling, getting this filling was painful and after it was done immediately I had intense acute pain from the 2nd filling whenever I ate. I went in the next possible day to have it fixed and was treated quite rudely. The dentist on duty, (not original one) poked around causing more pain and said there was nothing wrong he could see - basically treating me like a liar. Instead of investigating the cause of the pain he just started shaving down the painful tooth offering no pain relief. When this did not help the pain he told me I needed to wait two weeks for my next scheduled appointment. The Tooth became increasingly painful and no longer trusting this dentist I went for 2nd opinion to find that X-ray's taken by Ashfield Family Dental were too blurry to be useful. I also started experiencing pain from 1st filling as well and now have to have both fillings redone at extra cost. Due to poor X-ray's and unclear notes it is difficult for new dentist to work out what was done or why. Original broken filling can't be done now until damage from the poor fillings is rectified which means more likihood that this clean break will become complicated and expensive. Although I was keen to tell Ashfield Family Dental why I was cancelling they were not interested and no only failed to ask questions as to why I was cancelling, requesting my notes and X-ray's they didnt bother to follow up about the pain they knew I was experiencing from their work when I spoke to them. They clearly do a poor job and have no concern for aftercare or why a customer may leave them. I strongly advise against going there.
