Debbie’s clinical skills are of the highest standard and she has helped to holistically manage ongoing issues relating directly and indirectly to my dental health. My Dentist Mackay has helped me to keep my smile healthy and I would recommend the team to anyone needing dental care, especially those who may need extra support for anxiety, past experiences of pain, or distress. She always makes a visit to the dental chair less difficult by reassuring me and providing everything I need to make the visit less stressful. Deb has a calm and pleasant demeanour with her patients and her staff.

Negative experience: My appointment with Deb was great and afterwards I scheduled an appointment for my next procedure, but unfortunately I had to reschedule and it’s a good thing I did as they failed to actually schedule my appointment. If I hadn’t of called to reschedule I would’ve taken time off of work for nothing, and now I can’t be seen until March. I’m a bit taken aback by this and will definitely be looking for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Deb and her team are so welcoming. I’ve been seeing Deb now for almost 5 years. As someone who often feels anxious attending the dentist, I always feel calm and reassured when I attend. I also love the frequent reminder texts. The practice is very clean and hygienic. Deb always takes the time to explain everything throughly and the offer to pay for parking in the metered parking zones is a very thoughtful touch. Thanks team.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best Dentist in Mackay in my opinion. It took me a few tries before I found Debra and her very professional team at My Dentist Mackay. I have had a lot of bad experiences with different dental clinics over the years but not here. Debra is very patient, caring, empathetic and she will listen to your concerns and answer any and all questions you might have and give you detailed explanations on what can be done for you. She also checks that you are comfortable while you are having treatment and checks up on you after your appointment too. Debra and her team are friendly, professional, caring and affordable. 10/10 from me. Thanks for all your help.

Fantastic experience: This practice has completely eradicated my fear of dentists. Gentle, supportive staff with time to explain everything. I actually nearly fell asleep in the chair once! For those who are anxious, they have gas and stress balls, but rarely needed. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to a dentist in years, I found Debra to be very good at her job. She's calm, gentle & I can honestly say with all the extractions I had & there were a few. The pain was a 1/10 for me, every visit. Healing process has also been uncomfortable, but no pain & only on the first day. I'd recommend Debra brown Dental to anyone in need of a dentist.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Debra for years after a friend recommended her. The boys find Debra to be great too. One of our best experiences was when my son needed a needle when he was little. I didn’t tell my son and Debra was so good that he didn’t even know till later. She uses language that children can relate to. “Sleepy pillow for your tooth, sleepy juice for your gums” she always ask if they are ok. They get stress balls even the adults do too and a surprise gift for the little ones. As an adult I find her to be gentle, caring and calming. I couldn’t recommend Debra and her team enough.
