Negative experience: UPDATE. 3rd May, 2025. Well its good to see that GUS PITTO does have good results with some of his patients. Everything they wrote about him was true for me as well, until his Denture DIDN'T Fit. That was in Feb/March, 2023. Update 19-12-25. Well its been 2years & 11months since Gus Pitto destroyed my life & my health. He recommended pulling out my own teeth to make the "PERFECT DENTURE ". The denture didn't fit properly and he refused to do any adjustments so I couldn't eat with it. I HAVEN'T been able to eat any meat fruit or vegetables in all this time & I won't leave the house or see anyone because I'm to embarrassed with having been left with no teeth. Its become a very lonely life. I've been left in a world of physical and mental health that is not a very healthy place to try to live in. I was already living I a world of pain on disability when he took advantage of my trust in him. For GUS PITTO to leave anyone in this broken state state of grief with no teeth is unforgivable. Thanks for nothing GUS PITTO.

Fantastic experience: Gus is an awesome person! He really cares and that is what a lot of professionals are lacking. He took the time to explain the procedure, the potential problems, and the timeline to get the job done. He even saved Christmas when "All I wanted for Xmas was my two front teef" - and he handled me like a trooper when I was in tears because I didn't realise I might have had to hide away at Xmas. If you want the truth, warts and all, delivered gently and caringly - this is where I would recommend you go. He made a bad start (elsewhere) turn into a good end (@Denture Health) and now I am eating whatever I want. Except bricks - he suggested it but I don't have to act on all his ideas - ripping through an overly well done lamb chop and an apple was test enough :) - Thanks Gus for your personality and amazing work!

Fantastic experience: I can’t give enough stars, Gus is very professional kind and understanding to my situation. I went to see him with tears in my eyes I felt so deflated as my upper implants failed but Gus reassured me that he will make me an amazing top denture and he came through for me 100% I can’t recommend him and his work enough, I love my upper and lower dentures, lower is a click in implant denture fits like a glove he is an absolute legend I feel like my confidence is back thanks to Gus!!

Negative experience: During COVID-19, the denture refused to wear N95 mask during his service and very angry with patient. Even we accepted without N95 mask, he still refused to provide service.

He booked in all appointments required, he explained every stage of the treatment, and he was able to answer all our questions. He made the dentures in less than 2 weeks.
