Below are few points I would like to say about Sarita and Pratima 1.Apart from being a very good dentist, Sarita has got a very good way of explaining things. 2. Doesn't rush with the treatment. 3. Negative experience: Asked for a simple check and clean. Left with two fissure sealants. Was not informed about why or asked if I wanted them. Did not gain my consent before performing procedure. Found out when paying at desk. Unprofessional practice. Edit in reply: Thanks for replying and for calling me. As we already discussed on the phone, yes, this is a review about an appointment years ago. I am still extremely bothered by my treatment and felt better a late review than never. 1. My father waited in the reception area as he had an appointment after me. I was the one who booked my appointment, asked for my oral exam and went in by myself. I did not ask for any extra treatments. 2. Agreement afterwards is not consent. My father was not informed about any fissure sealants beforehand (neither was I) as again he was not with me during my dental exam. 3. Correct. As it was bulk billed and there was no cost, I decided not to complain at that time therefore my father allowed the invoice to be bulk billed. However, I have now decided to post my review as I feel that the service was lacking. 4. Incorrect, as I stated in my review I was never asked or informed about the fissure sealants. My father was never asked or informed. We both found out when receiving the receipt with the list of procedures performed from the receptionist and “paying” with my Child Dental Benefit Scheme. I did not make a complaint at the time as I decided to let your unprofessional practice go. I simply never came back. Neither am I complaining now about your business. I am leaving a review for others to make an informed decision. Thank you for your time.

Fantastic experience: Needed to have a tooth extracted which was causing me a lot of pain and I haft to say Dr. Sarita is a great dentist, the place is very clean, waiting time was fast, pricing for what needs to be done is on point and the staff Crystal and Ashley were amazing!. Even to the point where my car parked in the driveway was blocking another client's during my procedure and Ashley was happy to move it for me since I wasn't able to at the time. Would highly recommend this Dentist practice to everyone and will be returning here whenever I or my family need another dental issue dealt with.

Fantastic experience: One of my friend recommended the clinic and I traveled from Melbourne CBD to be treated by Dr Sarita. She and her staff are very friendly, professional and patient centric. She advised me of the current situation and how it would be treated along with the cost which is well priced. The clinic is just 5 mins walk from Tarneit Station(20-25mins by train from Southern Cross station).

Negative experience: Lady doctor was over qualified and she was not listening to the parents when we were explaining the teeth problem of our child. Her attitude was very weird when she asked about our nationality. She talked to us very rudely. Inspite of giving any alternation solution of chocolates for the kids she was complaining to us. Will never visit this place again.
