Negative experience: Don’t waste your time going to this clinic. I had my appointment with an Indian dentist. She was assisted with the reception lady. It was only a cleaning but my teeth was sore after. She was not gentle. Try to open your mouth for a long time, see how tiring it is. They didn’t ask me to gargle or spit out. They didn’t ask me how I feel even if I almost choke because she just continue what she’s doing. When I ask if I can use the cup and tissue beside me, the assistant answered me like she’s annoyed. They are very unprofessional. Better find another dentist. I regret going to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Desmond removed my son's tooth today. He was so good, talking my son through the process as he removed the tooth. Very helpful dental nurses as well. I've been bringing my son to this place for a while now. Usually to Dr Anna. Thanks so much guys. Have a great and safe Christmas. ♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: Really lovely staff! Staff member on reception was super helpful, managed to squeeze me in and sorted same day. Really great advice for my toddler and brushing his teeth too. Dental team (dentist and nurse in the consult) were really friendly and accommodating to my kids.Pleasant experience for all! (My 3 year old can’t wait to go back haha).

Negative experience: I visited last year for a teeth clean. I was told I had 3 cavities that required fillings. I didn't do anything about it as I wasn't comfortable with the dentist I saw and I wasn't experiencing any pain. I went back to my original dentist in Southport today and was told my teeth look great and I don't have any cavities. Glad I trusted my gut and didn't let a dentist drill into my teeth for no reason!

Fantastic experience: I have visited the GC Dental Studio twice and am extremely happy with the customer service received. All ladies are absolutely wonderful, friendly, caring and professional - constantly making me laugh, which is difficult whilst having work done to your teeth! They are amazing and have a knack of making you forget where you actually are. Well done ladies, keep up the outstanding work, it is very much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ana was super friendly and kind. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood what the options for my treatment are. Her assistant and the receptionist were great too. I got a last minute booking, after booking with weeks in advance at another clinic and they canceled my appt this morning. Everyone at GCDS were very helpful and got me in at very last minute. Highly recommend Dr Ana and the dental studio.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ana and her amazing team make you feel great. She really knows her stuff. And always ensures your comfort. It is so important that you feel comfortable. If you want a caring and amazing dentist who wont make you feel concious. Then please ask for dr Ana. I have horrible teeth and not once has she ever made me feel embarrased. And they do afyerpay too. Her nurses are just amazing who know exactly what they are doing. I will only ever go back to Dr Ana and her girls for future care. Where i feel xomfor5able. Thank you

Negative experience: Money hungry company... As the dentist was doing my filling he gave me 2 options and gave me prices I asked if both prices were before or after my medibank payment he said before and with my insurance would obviously cover most of that. When I went to pay the lady told me the full amount, I asked why my insurance cover doesn't cover this. Her response was that this was counted as an "emergency" job which is wasn't (the dentist also never informed me of this) and then asked why wasn't I told over the phone that my cover wouldn't work with themshe said "I didn't book your appointment". Not happy at all with the service from both the dentist and the reception staff, and they still tried to hand me my quote as I was leaving for future work!! Do not recommend going here to anyone

Fantastic experience: My name is Bradley Luisi and I would like to report an exceptionally great experience at Gold Coast Dental Studio. I felt well informed, apart of the experience, and I was not left guessing what was going on during my mini operation of getting my tooth chiseled down due to a dental occlusion. Out of all the things that could be wrong with my tooth the correct problem was found and corrected in one appointment with prescriptions and all. I did not have to go back and felt my dentist cared about my finances by not pushing expensive operations which I would have purchased due to the pain I was in. In short problem got solved, and I am very happy to not be in pain.

Fantastic experience: Their work speaks for itself, ive never been one to be anxious or nervous about the dentist. But this place is a step above and beyond. Especially when making clients feel welcomed and in good hands. Ive recently been in numerous appointments for 8 fillings. you can't even tell they are there. The work is exceptional, the staff made me feel comfortable with every appointment. Every bit of work to he taken had been explained in a way I could understand and accept. Thank you Dr Jordan and staff. Actually looking forward to continuing with check ups and cleans.

Dr. Jordan and his team at Gold Coast Dental Studio in Nerang made me feel immediately calm and relaxed in their environment. In total I received 5 fillings and a root canal and did not feel any pain whatsoever during each procedure. Brilliant friendly team who really do want the best for you

Had to have a tooth pulled Highly recommended Dr Jolie Le Duc cannot speak more highly of her, talked me through all the procedures as she knew how anxious I was. Fantastic experience: Our family's experience was 5-star. Not only are the staff transgender / LGBT+ friendly, Jolie is simply the MOST caring, gentle and flexible dentist we have ever had. She listens to the patient and makes sure they are very comfortable in their experience, as well as doing excellent work! Riley on reception is superb: so friendly and warm, and is the very reason we made an appointment to begin with. My family and I can finally stop the life-long search!

Negative experience: This is a terrible dental studio and I would recommend that you steer clear of this place! They do not offer you glasses in the dental chair so you are forced to stare into a blinding light, they are very unorganised and their staff are rude/unprofessional and very under trained. If you want to be blinded, have your gums pulled apart for a simple clean and be ripped off, come to this dentist.

Negative experience: Yes the place looks beautiful, but inside you will find highly untrained staff, staff that will absolutely rip you off your money. I had prepped my five year old for her dentist appointment all weekend to receive a call at 8am to say that the dentist wants to go home early so could I change the time? Ummm no, children are at school and I’m not dragging my child out of school early because your dentist feels like going how early. They are the most unprofessional “dental practice” I’ve ever seen. How does a bull go from $250 (final price) to almost 1k? I can see this business won’t be there for long unless they change management or change the people in there. Disgusting.

Positive experience: I have been to this dental clinic previously, under old management. The current staff I have encountered are professional yet friendly. Jamie makes you feel welcomed in a comfortable fashion as soon as you enter, she also keeps you informed of your progress. Dr Raj has a very friendly and approachable personality, he also takes pride in what he does and cares for his patients. Amber assists Raj well and makes you feel right at home. Jamie and Amber are able to fill in for each other when necessary which gives this feel good vibe.

Negative experience: It was an absolutely nightmare! The worst dentist and dental experience we ever had in our life. Dentist does not know what she is doing given she calls herself doctor. The nurse has no idea about infection control. All they know is to charge $$$$$$ and more dollars. Never again if you don't want to spend heaps money to loose your tooth and get infection at the meantime. The service is under zero- negative. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

The dental nurses and receptionists (Amber and Jaimie) just lovely and professional as Dr Zaid. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone. I've had bad experiences in the past at other practices, I get very anxious just the thought of going. Not anymore, these guys restored my faith in professional and caring doctors and nurses at this dental surgery. Thanks guys!
