Fantastic experience: New client at this dental practice and of David Wan. From making the appointment to having my regular six month teeth clean, my experience was great. On every level my experience was the best I've had in many years. So pleased to have found a fabulous local dentist with great support staff, including a great dental nurse. After searching for a local dental practice in Forest Lake for way too many years with disappointment, I would only recommend David and his team.

Fantastic experience: Even though I am not a regular client the friendly reception staff managed to secure me a same day appointment after losing part of my tooth. The dentist was considerate and caring, knowing I was a nervous patient and fixed the problem then and there, and I was really pleasantly surprised by the fees. I will definitely return to this friendly dental surgery for future appointments for myself and my family.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr David Wan for over 10 years. He's a wonderful dentist and can't recommend him enough. Him and the staff are always professional and friendly.

Negative experience: I would not recommend Jenny Zhan. First appointment she was very nice it was a check up and clean to tell me I needed 3 fillings. I liked her and trusted her to come back . My next appointment was for 4pm. She chit chat for good half an hour with a patient before me. So by the time I got in it was 4.30. I told her I just wanted 1 filling done for now because of my budget and I told her which one. She proceeded to numb my mouth with the needle and I said it is the bottom tooth you are doing right? She said no the top. I said I told you I'd like the bottom one done today. She said no top needs doing more. Then tell me to have a rinse out and no water in cup. Obviously they are not focusing on anything. Then she rushed through the whole session. She was pushing the tool so hard on my bottom lip. I tried to say something and she said to her assistsnt more water please. I felt like they totally just treated me like I wasnt even there. My top tooth apparently needed doing most but up until now it hasn't bothered me at all. Now she's tampered with it 4 days later it's starting to ache. I feel as though she has did some damage more then good with a tooth that never caused me trouble to start with. Which brings me to write this review as not only was the treatment poor I feel like she's done more damage then good. Now I have to find another dentist who I can trust to see what's happened which I don't have time or money for.

Fantastic experience: We have attended Dr Wan’s dental practice for more than fifteen years and can only say how grateful we are for such wonderful practitioners. We are provided excellent, on time quality service, will always help with emergencies, all complimented with reasonable charges. Whilst we now reside near Toowoomba, still travel to Brisbane for their excellent service.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been going to David for a few years now and I finally booked in. I'm very phobic when it comes to dentists owing to childhood experiences mainly associated with huge amounts of pain so I'm quite hesitant when it comes to dentists. David is a very affable dentist with a gentle touch. Staff are also v friendly and accommodating. I had three teeth done and did not feel a lot of pain. Price is also super reasonable! Would recommend.

Only the necessary dental work is done. No hidden extras. Dental work is always discussed beforehand before proceeding. They have a high standard of dental work and knowledge. They also take into consideration any special needs and requirements for each patient. We enjoy each visit with them.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely practice. I find no matter how anxious I get in the waiting room Jenny always has a great attitude and has me relaxed as soon as I get seated. I’ve had two wisdom teeth removed here and she is so quick, thorough and patient.

Negative experience: Really disappointed. Went here with an emergency voucher and was told there was nothing wrong. They gave me an xray and said there was nothing they could do. After 4 months of agony, ct scans and antibiotics. I saw another dentist Friday who tested my bite bite and fixed it. It took ten minutes and I had instant relief. Take your voucher somewhere else.

Positive experience: Unhappy here i went there for filling but they touch wrong teeth they drilled it and still hole on my teeth ive been crying all day disappointed . And also my husband went there they pulled a wrong teeth and crack the other teeth i will not go back in there. When i got home so i checked my teeth that was i discover i saw in the mirror then i rushed to went back ive told the receptionist but she insisted i said this is not the teeth that want to filling . And the other teeth the drill there is a hole they did not fix it.

Negative experience: Very unhappy customer. Split the corner of my mouth. Split my gum and still in pain a week later from an extraction. Will never go back again
