Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Sing today after years of being terrified of the dentist . This lady was incredible and so very professional and calming to a very scared 63 yr old lady . Never again will I have sleepless nights before seeing the dentist . I need more work done and I’m happy to say I’m booked in again to get the work done literally 24 hours after my last appointment. That’s how comfortable I am .So Thankyou so much for giving me the confidence I’ve missed out on all these’s years. You’ve no idea how happy I am .

Fantastic experience: Dr Fizza is an absolute legend, doesn’t sugar coat issues and is brilliant and managing sooky patients who like me don’t love the dental chair. We had a laugh and she managed my neurotic issues with aplomb. Really grateful for the service and reassurance as i wouldn’t be an easy client in the chair but she’s a true professional.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental clinic! Embarrassingly, I am very scared of the dentist/ dental pain. But Dr Vipra eased my nerves and made me feel very comfortable. Having ADHD comes with sensory issues and sensory overload. I also have chronic back issues, so comfort in the chair for long periods of time is paramount. I have had some shocking experiences with other dental clinics/ dentists in the past. Dr Vipra was very understanding, patient and very thorough with all the care provided to me. 5 stars for the clinic. 5 starts for the receptionists. And 5+++ stars for Dr Vipra!!! Thank you all xx

The reception team were lovely and extremely helpful. Gareth calmed my nerves during my appointment and was very gentle. A very welcoming reception team, my first appointment with my new dentist Emma & her delightful dental nurse colleague were reassuring, harmonious, low key, very considerate, friendly and so professional. Having had fear of dentists for most of my life, Mornington Dental Clinic takes away any anxiety or stress of going to the dentist anymore. Fantastic experience: While recently needing a tooth extraction I highly recommend Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic. The caring approach Dr Gareth Evershed showed made me feel so welcoming and comfortable. He explained everything before and after with his professional approach that made me feel comfortable in the dentists chair. He even told me to have a quick rest during the procedure if I needed it. Fantastic experience: I travel 2 hours to see Gareth Evershed and don't regret a second. I have a phobia of dentists, I've had counciling and meds to help with my fear but never before had such an understanding, caring and considerate dentist until Gareth. He explains every move and stops for breaks when I need them. I will never go to another dentist EVER.

Negative experience: Devious with their billing, booking you in for extras that weren't requested and aren't required at the frequency they are trying to slip them in. When queried they become very defensive. Have lost a customer as a result.

We wanted a great dentist, highly skilled and using the latest technology and techniques; someone personable, kind, trustworthy and gentle; and who would take the time to form the relationship and get to know and care about our teeth. Negative experience: I did not have a comfortable time in the chair. I came away with a sore neck so support was offered when l said l had a issue on the day. More suitable equipment is need to support all patients accessing your clinic. Any way after not been able to get a appointment. I will now be looking for another dentist.

Fantastic experience: We see Dr Prachi and she is amazing. Today my 7yr old had to get a stubborn baby tooth removed and Parchi and he assistant were amazing. 7yr old had a needle and all in the chair and I was amazed. the way they cared and interacted with both of us was above board and hands down amazing! My daughter left saying "that wasn't that bad" and "how cool was that numbing cream that when I closed my eyes my mouth went to sleep"(this is how the injected the anaesthetic!) See Prachi multiple times can never fault her of the clinic staff. Well done all.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic and friendly staff. A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Pam Ng for two fillings. Dr Pam Ng was absolutely wonderful in explaining the treatment and was so gentle throughout the process. Dr Pam Ng and her dental assistant went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Highly recommended Dr Pam Ng and Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic.

Negative experience: On two occasions I have had terrible experiences with this dental clinic. The first time I requested that they remove one of my upper molars. They said it was apparently to close to my sinus and they sent me to a oral surgeon to have it removed $600 later. And the surgeon pulled it out in the dental chair with no problems, It could have been removed at the normal dentist. On the second occasion, I required a decayed rear molar on the lower jaw to be removed. The dentist looked over the x-rays and decided there was a imaginary dental cyst under my tooth. It did not look anything like a dental cyst , as it was not clearly defined as they are. The CT scan report showed there were NO dental cysts and tooth could have been safely removed in the dental chair. Therefore again I was sent to oral surgeon , who removed this tooth and one wisdom as well. Over $2000 later. My dental problems have been rectified. If you need a tooth removal , go somewhere else. I believe this clinic has young inexperienced staff that do not have the knowledge, ability or skill to extract teeth. So therefore they just send you off to the specialist. Unless you have money to burn, I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will not be returning. If I could give them minus stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I would love to thank Mornington penninsula dental for taking such good care of me yesterday. I was in so much pain through the night and really scared I would need to go to a hospital. Not ideal during a pandemic. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for staying open, no doubt running at a loss and putting yourselves at risk.

What separates this Clinic from the others is the high professional quality of all dentists and staff. Dr Jacinta Traeger has been our dentist for many years, and without doubt she is one of the best dentists we have encountered either internationally or right here at home on the Peninsula. Her attention to detail, patient care and professionalism are beyond reproach. Fantastic experience: I saw Pamela NG today as I felt one of my teeth needed some attention. I found Pamela extremely professional, enthusiastic and on the top of it very friendly. She was extremely thorough at every single stage. I felt very relaxed as I knew straight away Pamela knew what she was doing. She also guided me through every procedure which I found very comforting. The girls who were helping were amazing too. I could easily tell the whole team was very well trained and doing their best to help. Fantastic experience: Visited a few weeks ago just as the COVID-19 restrictions had been put in place for the very first time (having recently moved to the area) I was sure I needed some serious work (as a previous dentist had told me to do 6 months prior) Instead of jumping straight into a root canal the team wanted to try something less invasive first. It's so nice to think they cared about the right treatment, rather than the dollars that could be made. My family will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year in the middle of a series of root canal appointments. My dentist moved things along to fit in with my surgery, which i really appreciated. After 2 cycles of chemotherapy i broke a tooth really badly and a week later a filling fell out. On both occasions the Morning Peninsular staff helped me with appointments that enabled both situations to be fixed as quickly as possible. They are a fantastic team and the dentists are very professional and good at their job.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a couple of times, the care you receive is really top draw. It is refreshing to find a group of dentists who absolutely have your care front of mind, as opposed to recommending unnecessary procedures/referrals for their own financial gain. I’m was super impressed - they talk to you like you are a human being! Dr David Laskey is absolutely superb. His experience along with his resume/qualifications really do put him at the forefront of dentistry, on a global scale. I would not hesitate to recommend. Just a great bunch of people. Keep doing what you are doing, you’re doing a fantastic job!

Fantastic experience: I needed urgent dental service due to strong pain over a whole weekend. My dentist could not fit me in for 4 days, so I looked on Google. I called a few dentists and finally, Mornington Peninsula Dental Clinic, who has got Emergency dentistry, could give me an appointment for the same day. I saw Dr. Sunny, who was extremely gentle with the removal of my sore tooth. Since then, I always go there because of the fantastic service! Highly recommendable - thanks guys!

Negative experience: Dont bother unless you can see John Osbourne - the original principle practitioner. He is old school and awesome. They want to refer unnecessarily, even if its due to a painful condition.

Fantastic experience: I recently had broken a tooth and lost a filling so nervously rang for an appointment and asked for a gentle, caring dentist. The lovely reception staff suggested I see Jacinta. I found Jacinta to be so thorough, gentle and sympathetic to my nervous state. Jacinta was very professional and she discussed all the treatment options available to me. After treating my my broken tooth and lost filling I chose to have a full examination and dental clean. I felt no anxiety in the 3 extra fillings I required. I can thoroughly recommend this clinic and in particular Dr Jacinta Traeger as a gentle, professional and most caring Dentist.

Negative experience: They broke an instrument in my tooth while doing a root canal, refused to cover any costs and didn't finish the root canal, told us to go see a professer to get it out and not cover that cost either, absolutely disgraceful, went to vietnam and dentist took out the piece and finished the root canal, so they should pay for it as it's there mistake, I even have the piece on instrument in a container to show

Fantastic experience: Had to go in for a single filling after a 10 year hiatus, but nervous like a cat on a hot tin roof. Front reception ladies are friendly and vibrant and the dentist, Stanislav took all my concerns and hatred of needles into consideration to make the whole experience pretty darn good. Also had the wisdom tooth that had contributed to the problem removed at the same time and that came out no fuss in under 5 minutes. Felt absolutely no pain during the procedure and thanked Stanislav on the spot for his professionalism. Now 5 months later I've gone back for an upper wisdom tooth removal and a badly impacted lower one. The whole procedure took just under an hour to complete and again Stanislav showed the same professionalism as before, along with his nurses, taking the extra care for what is a more major operation and ensuring that your safety is paramount. As before no pain and asking during the procedure if you're ok. Highly recommend if you've had poor experiences with other dentists in the past. Thanks Crew.
