Negative experience: Completely and utterly disappointed with Canberry Dental. I will not longer recommend them to anyone! My 3 children have been seeing Veronica for their entire lives (around 7yrs- regular check ups and 1 emergency trip in that time too). I seem to have been blocked from booking without any explanation at all? I tried to book a couple of months ago online and it said I was unable to and to call the office. Then again, I called the office yesterday to book- the receptionist I spoke to was hard of hearing, rude and couldn't understand me very well. We got the times lined up and when we went to book the first child in, after reading out my daughters name, the receptionist went funny- giggled and said sorry I cannot book you in, I will have to speak with Veronica. I asked what the reason behind not being able to book in was and she said, she will talk to Veronica and that was the end of the phone call in another rude manor. The receptionist did not take my phone number to call back and clearly had no interest in getting back to me. The only explanation I can think of is, I had to cancel last minute when my children got very sick with a virus the day before their appointment (the last time I tried to book them). Which isn't an ok excuse to block a client from booking after years of loyalty. I have recommended all my friends and family to see Veronica at this Dental Surgery (my mum is currently a regular client of yours and so is my little brother and sister due to my recommendations!). What a waste of energy and time. HIGHLY Disappointing!

Negative experience: I think the clean was ok but the dentist was quite difficult to understand and didn't go over my teeth health with me or my x-rays. I can handle that but what made me annoyed was my partner who had the exact service I did (2 x-rays and a clean) was charged a lot less than me. So I haven't returned and have found a more thorough dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ana Fino provided a great, professional and thorough service. She clearly explained how and why she was treating my teeth, and she was also gentle. I usually dont like going to the dentist but i felt very comfortable with her. She also speaks Spanish which was helpful to me. I'll definately return to see her on my next check-up.

Negative experience: what a joke! I felt very disrespected by them! I had an appointment today at 12:15. So I canceled my casual job (no paid today because I have a very sore Thoth) I also hired care for my children… When I arrived at 12:09 they told me my appointment was (9 minutes ago) and the dentist went home .. (like wth?)… They also refused to call her, even though I was on time for my appointment. The staff never sent a confirmation email o message to confirm the time . So the miscommunication was UNLIKELY but possible, but really? Would the dentist leave without any care for her client ? without even a courtesy phone call ? Now I still have to paid the nanny, came to Gunghalin for no reason, lost a day of work (no paid) and still have a very sore Thoth. I am crying on my way home in how poorly I was treated. This is unprofessional and very disrespectful to a client who WAS loyal .

Fantastic experience: Dr Sonal is gentle, kind and caring. I recently had 2 fillings done by Dr Sonal and am happy with the results. I liked that she checked in throughout the appointment to ensure I was ok and not feeling pain. I'm very pleased to have found a great dentist close to me.

My husband recommended the excellent services of Dr Veronica, and I decided to try it for myself. First, the clinic is clean everything was tidy and well presented. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and the appointment was on time. Last but not least, Dr Veronica explain everything and answer all my questions, she make sure that the procedure was pain free and gave advice to prevent future problems. Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous visiting the dentist, as it had been a long time. There was no need for me to be concerned. Veronica and Mariella were both lovely - very focused upon good customer service, and ensuring there was as little pain as possible. They also laughed at my jokes, and patiently answered my questions. I plan to go back again (more often) and keep my teeth in good shape! :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! I visited Veronica today and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I found in Veronica such a professional and caring dentist. She explained me the whole process about my tooth, what was wrong with it and what would be the best option to treat it. Plus, she has a very well equipped clinic. Her chair is so comfy that I almost felt asleep while she was treating me! The timing was great as well. Quick enough to do a good job. Thanks Veronica, I will definitely visit you again!
