Fantastic experience: 1 the response initially from the clinic via email was amazing and welcoming 2 the lady Kate at the office as I entered was so professional and warm most friendly and attentive Others working there were happy and acknowledged me as I entered 3 I had a locum who was very clear about what she was doing and as I am nervous it helped A nurse in the rooms named Kerry was amazing so caring 4. Parking was easy and the location was simple to find

Positive experience: Front desk customer service was great and really helpful while dealing with private health insurance issue. Scheduling was easy and, again, friendly and welcoming front desk service. I think for a general cleaning and imaging they could have been more thorough as I’ve had better cleaning and results elsewhere. Hygienist was quick and nice enough. The assistant wasn’t rude but didn’t seem like they really cared or wanted to be there but they were fine- perhaps just having an off day, which we all have. Really appreciate the front desk staff for helping me with the billing and insurance issue.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety when it comes to Dentistry. I have to say even though I was very anxious throughout my procedure, I was treated with care and patience. I have more to go but I am proud that I conquered some of my fear due to the kind approach to my treatments.

Fantastic experience: Always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel comfortable. This time we were contacted to let us know that they were running behind schedule and as we have to travel, it saved us arriving and having to wait. Dentist explains what he is doing and lets me know in advance of x-rays.

Fantastic experience: Dr Grant Lemley is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s highly attuned to any anxiety or apprehensiveness you may be experiencing, and appointments are calm and invariably pain-free. The TV on the ceiling is a very good distraction to take your mind off any procedure. I highly recommend. He is friendly, personable and highly skilled.

They were all 5 star and decided to book an appointment. I was not disappointed with the service and the care received and would highly recommend visiting them if you are in need of dental care.

Get service going above and beyond, highly recommend!
