Negative experience: This clinic is probably the most unhygienic place I’ve been too. Keep away if you have health issues.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this clinic for a few years now and cannot recommend them more! Dr Singh and Dr Chandry always go above and beyond for their patients. The level of care provided is so much more than other drs I have seen in the past. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: DR SINGH YOUR THE BEST!!!! Once again saw Dr Singh very early monday morning for blood tests which he requested via a saturday telehealth appointment to get them done asap- Im convinced the man does not sleep- Dr SINGH is committed to his patients- which the Victorian board of the FRACGP should note as having one of the most dedicated Drs that they can have on their registry in this state- I havent seen him yet on the Australia day OAM honours list- for services to medical humanity!! Im sure Dr, its coming your blood is worth bottling.... The staff always try and accomodate as best as possible and try not to turn patients away though sometimes it is inevitable. Doctors are busy because they are good, hence people just have to learn to be patient when waiting to see them. Both doctors ALWAYS take my BP something my other doctors of 45 years rarely did unless asked for. well done to all! the receptionists in my case think "outside the box' for solutions and can usually work something out. Yes people may have not got the service THEY expect, but in most cases most visits and treatments are Bulk billed so dont complain. They are usually run off their feet, and so can run behind -they would love to give every patient hours to consult, alas not, so you get as best you can as opposed to some other clinics that literally see you 5 minutes then stand up and show you the door. and remember just like in a casualty at hosptial, if someone comes in needing urgent treatment then they will be triaged and be seen sooner. We just have to learn to be PATIENT!! In my last recent visit, i sustained a head injury and wasnt dying but still had to wait for several patients before being seen even after coming as a "walk in" - Im sure if i was going to fall off the perch, they would have up skilled me and so I needed many stitches which Dr Singh did so well! take a book, sit tight and wait patiently to see the best doctors in Victoria!! your the best!!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful person Dr Singh is, I can not fault him. You can fully see that he is extremely passionate about his patients and puts them first even above his family. If you’re looking for an understandable, doctor and family orientated with a good heart, give Dr Singh a visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous attentive and professional doctor. Dr Prem is the king of patience and without him in our lives we would be in lots of trouble. He has his finger on the pulse and nothing is too much trouble for him. If Dr Prem ever leaves Baxter we would follow him anywhere! The staff are gorgeous and so friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We highly recommend this drs Practice but please leave room for us ok lol . Thank you Dr Prem for everything you do for us. Ps. You do have fabulous ties! Fantastic experience: Dr Bagya is a highly talented, calm, reassuring, and patient dentist who puts her patients at complete ease. Her skills at making pain free and well fitting dentures are incredible. She has turned me from a woman who was too ashamed to smile, into a woman that feels self confident and proud to smile at everyone. I highly recommend her. HIGHLY.

Negative experience: Has gone down hill. Was excellent before covid. Had 5 phone appointments not recorded by the secretary. Battling to get any test results back because the doctor has not checked the emails, and when referred to other medical places the doctor does not attach relavant information or reply to the email asking for the information. It is becoming a joke.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my kids have seen Dr Bagya for recent dental check ups and she is absolutely wonderful. Great with my 4 year old, caring, kind and gentle. I have recommend Dr Bagya to many people and none of them have been dissapointed.

Fantastic experience: New owners, management & staff were fantastic. I had an emergency Dental appointment on a Saturday with no extra charge for a weekend appointment! Dr Bagya (Dentist) was excellent, very thorough and explained the whole procedure. Nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional

Negative experience: the dentist did a horrible job on two crowns so much so I noticed both of the crowns were wobbly straight away and they both fell out within two days. I rang them to ask the dentist to fix it but was told I would have to pay for it again. I am furious with the poor quality and for the insult of have to fork out alot of money for rubbish. would never recommend them
