Fantastic experience: First time at Norfolk dental, DR Jordan and nurse Tatum made our visit pleasant. There was no BS, they put the trust back into dentistry. Highly recommend, they are now my favourite dental.

Positive experience: Very professional, but also down to earth people. I always have a laugh and chat for too long when I have a treatment there, it's like catching up with friends. But that is customer service . Rob's professional advice and help is spot on and I am a sook and he doesn't hurt .

I went to visit other practices and immediately felt this one's ethical standards are superior. In the last few weeks I have seen stacks of children happily attending their appointments and parents comfort and trust is obvious. These qualities are important to parents. Yes they work quickly and with attention to every detail. They also are affordable. The advice I have received is honest and in the best interests of our children unlike some. I look forward to working with them to support our families needs.

Fantastic experience: Rob and Jo run a brilliant practice. So far two of my three children have had braces by Rob, one complete And one still progressing. My children have had trouble with over bites, damaged teeth (son knocked teeth clear out) and the solutions for rectification have been considered and informed, even experimental! My 2nd daughter would have needed many teeth pulled before braces could be fixed. Rob had read some research on an alternative method that meant teeth could stay, with our agreement he trialled this method free of charge and success! Dentistry isn’t fun but somehow Rob and Jo make it something to look forward to. Friendly service and caring advice, makes a trip to the dentist more like a trip to a friends place.

My kids initially had fears of dental checks and with Rob’s great manner in looking after kids and Jo’s welcoming nature, they have become so confident in coming to get their checks and cleans.
