Negative experience: Terrible customer service, waste of time.. get better customer service people, or better yet don't book back to back when you have 1 location that is a pain to park at. Text messages to long didn't read, I'll go elsewhere. Do not reccommend

Negative experience: This was my experience Aug/Sep 2025. Appointment was to check on a tooth that I had noticed was sensitive/starting to be painful when drinking etc. I wanted to make sure I didnt let it get worse so promptly made appointment. I was there less then 10minutes, dentist did xrays etc she told me I just needed to use sensodine toothpaste, was told teeth were ok did a small filling and there was nothing else she saw requiring treatment except for two extractions that would be needed in future (wisdom teeth, not painful). Booked me an appt for 4-5 weeks later for those extractions. I started using sensodine straight away, but over the next 4 week the sensitivity/ pain from tooth got worse, not better. When confirming my appt with reception, I explained I was having pain and asked if my appointment could be to start root canal for the tooth that was hurting instead of the extraction of wisdom teeth, the receptionist said no problem at all and Dr would go over it with me at start anyway and do treatment needed. At appt I explain to the dentist the pain, sensodine not helping, she did the same things as previous appointment (xrays, tap test) and told me that there is no infection and she will have to refer me to a "Pain Management Specialist" (whatever that is) I asked why is it something unusual and she said because the filling is intact. I am not sure why she didn't want to help, I guess she was only wanting to do extractions and she was mad at me for wanting to treat painful tooth first? The quote for 2 wisdom extractions were expensive about $1000. I could not afford to spend that on non-urgent extractions, my tooth causing me the pain needed to be the priority. The 2 appointments cost me over $650 to get absolutely no help,bad luck... they dont care, I wasn't even allowed a copy of my 2 sets of xrays, as they own them, not me? I have been going there 4+ years, but never again :( They claim to be affordable with "dentists that care"... not for average people i guess? Dr Caroline Petroff was not interested... I declined the referral to "pain management specialist" at different place that she offered as no idea what that even is. Its just a normal root canal needed. I had made a big effort to stay on top of my dental health and this has just been such a set back and I have no idea where to start now. My anxiety about dentists is back, 10x worse. I had tried to get in with Dr Sanja Zubcevic, she is amazing and she is still on their website but she must not actually be there as I had tried to book her a few times previously. Im devastated :(

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dentist I've ever been to! They are so kind/understanding and really respectful to you and your needs, would highly recommend to everyone especially if you have had trouble/bad experience in the past from the dentist. Massive thanks to Dr Sanja Zubcevic and Bonnie for helping me through my fears/anxiety and just being there for me with all of my stupid questions and helping me to get some confidence back thanks again guys. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I’ve ever been to. My new teeth have changed my life .. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for me.. I highly recommend them everyone there was very helpful and very friendly and the Receptionist was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve had really bad history with dentists and hated going, Caroline Petroff my dentist is the Best she was very gentle and very nice and truly cared , this has changed how I feel about going to the Dentist. I will only be going back to them again.

Negative experience: The dentists here are truly excellent and professional. Everything else about the clinic is great except for the receptionist. The only reason I’ve decided not to return is the receptionist’s attitude and the way she speaks to me — dismissive and made things so much harder than they needed to be . My first visit was in 2018 and stoped going because of this. Thought to give it try again in 2025 but disappointed me again… It’s a shame that the dentists deserve better front-desk support. But after two chances, I called to cancel all my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caroline Petroff is by far the absolute best dentist I’ve seen in Australia and quite possibly in the world. She takes a patient centric approach to dentistry rather than a high pressure sales approach and took the time to explain the risks of the procedures as well as explaining the options and the costs involved. Where a cheaper option was appropriate she was very quick to suggest it and her personality is very warm and made the whole process as comfortable as possible. I will not see another dentist in Australia!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth and molars removed from dental members Adelaide and all I can say is WOW. I was very nervous on day of procedure but my dentist put my mind at easy & answered all questions I had…I have been scared of the dentist for many years but I am now at ease and look forward to my next appointment

Fantastic experience: This practice is all about patient care and you feel very welcomed when you enter through the door. Neat and comfy waiting area. The reception staff are courteous and very knowledgeable who are happy to answer all your enquiries . Dr Yadav is professional and friendly. Dr takes a lot of care in working on your teeth and Dr explains everything beforehand . I am very satiated with my treatments and the outcomes. I highly recommend Dental Members Adelaide City for all your teeth hygiene and treatments.

Negative experience: They talked with you nicely. But unfortunately, I will give you guys a 0 star commitment. Since last time when I booked here, they let me know the time changing so suddenly and the changing time message was totally different with the phone contact. It took me half month to book in here and get nothing. So disappointing.

Fantastic experience: It has taken me a long long time to even think about going to see a dentist, strictly only when an emergency arrived and then I hated it because I was paying so much money on private health cover for over 10 years for 240 dollars a fortnight for top dental and hospital to having to still pay a huge gap. It was just not happening, so my teeth are chalk like and I'm a sleep grinder. So safe to say I thought that they would be better off all gone. So that I could smile and have my confidence back. Then flicking through Facebook and there you were, you had my attention, the more I read the more excited I got. I then went in deeper reading reviews and watching your vlogs. Omg, it was a Sunday and I thought what do I have to loose, I filled out the questions and when I finished it said that someone will contact me. Within 5 minutes or there of I received my life changing call. On the spot I was approved by my favourite humm for the Gold package and booked in for my first consult on the Thursday. Wow must I say I was made to feel so welcome, the staff are amazing and Lauren you are the best. I felt comfortable not stressed once. 8 teeth gone and a cobalt come plate below and a plate up top. I can smile again. I owe my smile to Dental Members. You guys rock.

Negative experience: So disappointed with Dental Member Adelaide, i should have completed my treatment with my clear aligners 6-8 months ago but am only half way through my treatment due to mistakes on their end. I phoned up today to ask for my next set of aligners only to find out that they don't have them and i now need to wait AGAIN for the next set to be remade. What an actual joke, my 8 month plan for the aligners will now end up being a 2 year plan. I am continually the one calling up to check what is going on, my complaints seem to mean nothing. They have their money and that's all that matters. So over the whole thing!

Fantastic experience: My teeth well what i had left were very very very bad. Had to get dentures top n bottom. Only 2 teeth on bottom which holds my bottom denture in. Very warm and very friendly staff. My bill just a tad over $7k which im paying via Humm $135 per fortnight. I am grateful for that or i could not get fixed. Always was in pain and time off work. Now i can smile with confidence agian after all these yrs. Highly recommend. the dentist lady and her assistant were very gentle n very caring. Also some good old fashioned banta, made my vists experience extremely well above what i was expecting. The receptionist also very warm and friendly. Best experience i have ever had. Very professional, give them ago. Remember the receptionist can only give you a quote. When the dentist does the look over of your issue. Cost might change. Hey tho same as getting a quote on anything car repairs etc. The cost can always change once they look... there are many ways which you pay out your dentist bills. I dont have health insurance. So happy they use humm which i never heard of till i went into the dentist. Thank you to the team at Adelaide if i could give you 100 ☆ i would :-) pls use my b4 and after photos if you wish to do so ;-)

Negative experience: "Sure we bulk bill" said the nice voice on the phone..."40 bucks to 75 bucks but it should not be that much" 125 UAD later. It's not the money it's the lack of transparency. I don't want to go into specifics but I cut my losses took the pain relief and ran. Off to another dentist on Monday. And with that generic response I don't mind telling the full story. I was told I would need an X-ray, dont remember cost but it was one amount for each side. And a larger amount for the entire mouth. Dentist stated we only need to do one side but naturally she couldn't see what was going on so she would now need to do the whole mouth. After declining and paying for the useless X-ray receptionist Wanted me to claim my rebate from Medicare manually. Never had to do that before so when I asked how to do that im pritty sure she said something to the fact that there is a number i have to call with this invoice ....and... I'm done talking about this issue .

The staff at reception Paula and Christie are so welcoming and friendly that you are put at ease the moment you walk in.
