Fantastic experience: Viva, SANTO ANTÔNIO!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to St Anthony Dental last week for a general check. Great and professional service, state of the art devices and facilities. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: My visit to this clinic gave me mixed feelings. Undoubtedly, Doctor Aslan is great and the nurse, receptionist all of them are kind, friendly, amazing people! However, I think my case could have been approached in a better way. I had fever, chills, due to a wisdom teeth infection and I wanted to remove it. Unfortunately, dentist o my area said they can't remove it that day and it's always schedule for next day or so. So the main reason why we went to visit this clinic despite one hour commute was because they assured us that yes, it can be removed that day. However, once we arrived the doctor said it needs antibiotics first, he can't remove it and I already explained I was on antibiotics for two days and it did nothing. He gave me strong painkillers and it helped to feel better but the root of infection was there. Three days later there was not much improvement, only fever stop but still lot of pain, swallow and Doctor advised to add a different antibiotic. I did and again no much difference. I went to a different dentist and tooth was removed and look really infected and only after that I felt better in 4 days getting back to almost normal. I would have valued that on the phone when I called to book the appointment for a wisdom teeth removal they could have told me just like the other clinics I previously called, we cannot guarantee if it's going to be removed today, we cannot make a decision before evaluating it. I definitely would have not travelled so far for a "check up" and I also wish that after knowing antibiotics are not working instead of giving more antibiotics and painkillers advise removal. The infection spread out, I wasted time and money, i was more than a week on antibiotics without improving. I am grateful they follow up on my case, absolutely brilliant team who check on their patients, kind every single time we talk to them they showed empathy, understanding and humanity. However, again I do not think postponing so long the teeth extraction helped but made it worse, specially because when I was already on antibiotics and painkillers and not feeling improvement.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr Nathan Finn. I was worried about some sensitivity before heading overseas. Dr Finn fit me in on extremely short notice, and took his time assessing and treating me. He also walked me through my results and x-rays and took the time to discuss treatment plans with me. It’s pretty clear he values a holistic treatment approach and isn’t just another dentist with a long list. Practice staff were also really thorough and polite, and took the time to help when needed. Thank you Dr Finn & team.

Fantastic experience: Could not have wished for better staff and a better practice to take care of me! I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out and the dentist were super professional but they also made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure Thank you all so much!

Negative experience: $359 for initial consultation & xrays. The dentist told me I had major urgent issues no other dentists told me about. But when he focussed on a slightly loose front tooth that has been like that for many years I suspected overserviicng. Having. A perfectly numbered 50 person review with a perfect 5 should have alerted me to a marketing consultant snow job. As for free dental work on 1 (possibly more) clients,, it appears to justify overcharging other clients.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist! I am terrified of the dentist and everything that comes with it, but Dr Aslan is absolutely incredible and makes me feel so comfortable at all times. Fantastic experience: One of the best practices I have ever been in. From the minute I walked in, I felt at ease with the customer service I was given. Made me feel comfortable and very welcoming. In the past I have bad experiences with sensitivity with my teeth in regards to cleans. With Dr Aslan, he explains exactly what is needed, and that I would not experience this with the new technology and techniques in his practice and assured me this would not be an issue. Not only did I have one of the best cleans ever for my teeth, no sensitivity, it was virtually painless. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: WOW WOW WOW! Dr Robert Aslan and Helen the receptionist have been nothing but an absolute pleasure to deal with. I came in with my distressed father worried about not being able to eat again and losing that beautiful smile that he had. With such professionalism, emotional support and taking pride in their work they made sure that my dad was left with his smile back and eating his favorite steaks all over again. Dad’s situation was very tricky with underlying health issues which affected having a direct approach to having the issue resolved. However, Dr Aslan and his team worked tirelessly for weeks to come up with the best solution which would not only give him his smile back but ensure that any procedure done would not have long term effects with his existing medical conditions. I am so glad that we got referred to Dr Aslan from a friend as we have had bad experiences with other dentists in the past. Also, they made sure that he was well looked after financially which was a nice bonus.
