Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with Dr David Fang after experiencing a dental emergency. I had a severe periodontal issue causing a lot of pain and discomfort. He diagnosed the issue and then provided me with excellent treatment in remedying the problem.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Dr Fang and I am over the moon with the experience. He was very polite, informative and made me feel extremely comfortable. I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing through the process and it was all topped off with such a lovely and welcoming dental assistant. This has been my best experience with any dentist in 32 years and I cannot express how happy with the quality of service.

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache and needed a dentist urgently. I am petrified of anything to do with my teeth. When I rang the receptionist arranged for a date for the same day. I told her that I was scared. When I arrived she was very helpful. When it was my turn to go in I must admit I had a bit of a breakdown and cried I was so frightened. The dentists camed me down and took her time with me. Explained in detail my options. The hole procedure was totally painless. I had the best service ever at a dentist. Highly recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Just visited this practice and I am totally satisfied. All staff is caring and friendly. Dr David was very professional, explained everything I needed to know, gave me options and did his job quickly and painless. Also pointed out what I could have done to prevent the issue. Negative experience: Had tooth removed, 6 weeks later still pulling out pieces of tooth. Do not use this dentist!

Fantastic experience: While traveling I developed a painful tooth, I was able to be seen straight away, Dr David Performed a Root Canal and two fillings, he was the most gental and professional dentist that I have ever visited. First time in my 65 years that I have had needles without any pain at all. You are a credit to your profession. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: I went to that clinic just for cleaning. From that moment i got picked up at the waiting room and was back in my car past 20 minutes. The 'cleaning' itself took less than 10 minutes. My teeth were smoother before and the doctor was very rough. For those few minutes, i don't know how to call it, definitely not cleaning, i got charged 210$, including an checking and status which haven't been done and i didn't ask for! Also i asked to remove some composite left over from a broken retainer wire, which haven't been done. I work myself in a dental clinic in my home country and are really upset about this kind of dental practice! The only positiv part was, i didn't had to wait long and the woman at the reception and the chairside assistant were very friendly.

Dental experience in this practice was amazing , Dr Gupta was great and she explained me the problems and finished the treatment plan in few appointments .. Fantastic experience: I went to Confident Smile for the first time today for a minor treatment. Dr Gupta was very friendly and offered a variety of solutions for a larger underlying problem. She also explained all steps of the treatment process prior to commencing the treatment so I was fully aware of what was going on.
