Fantastic experience: Tony is a knowledgeable, honest, and a very friendly dentist! Very genuine; he doesn’t take advantage of patients and try to extract money out of them! My experience with him has been a great one and I recommend him to my neighbours and friends all of the time. I was quoted 8 thousand for aligners 5 years ago, and Tony quoted me 6 thousand. Very reasonable and honest. By far my favourite dentist yet!

Fantastic experience: Elwood Family Dentist I’ve been with Dr Tony since the beginning of his practice in Elwood and have never been disappointed. His professionalism, thoughtful approach, and genuine care are exceptional. Dr Tony is one of the kindest and gentlest practitioners I’ve encountered. His receptionist, Renata, along with the entire dental team, are always warm, welcoming, and highly professional. I’ve recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so with complete confidence.

Negative experience: I went there on a Saturday and they did an X-ray, Told me what I already knew from recently going to an other dentist a week prior, Then sent me for more X-rays to Transparent medical imaging clinic that wasn’t even open and charged me $168 without doing anything whatsoever to my teeth, and I had to cancel my Monday appointment because I couldn’t get the screening done, Waste of time money and effort

Negative experience: Horrific experience with root canal. The doctor is ok, nothing to complain. However one of the nurse is shocking, totally inexperienced and disorganised, the doctor was forced to do both doctor and nurse work at the same time while doing root canal. I had a few root canal done previously, nothing was over 40 mins, but this one ( only one) was done for 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cherry is Amazing! He and his staff are lovely to deal with. He is extremely gentle and takes utmost care to make sure you feel comfortable and at ease with the process. I haven’t been to a dentist in 20 years but after seeing Tony I don’t know what I was so worried about!

Positive experience: Been going to this dental surgery for around 10 years, first with Lew and now with Tony. They both have taken very good care with my teeth while Renata, their receptionist, has always been very helpful fitting in appointments with me. They are very family orientated, going out of their way to accomodate your needs. It is no fun getting a root canal, but this one dental surgery that gives you confidence it will be done right.

Fantastic experience: I moved to the area and went to Dr Cherry for a check up. We decided to remove the filling around my pegged lateral, and replace it with something better. He did it without any numbing and was so precise in drilling etc that I did not feel a thing. I was relaxed the whole time and now my tooth looks beautiful, perfectly matched in colour and shape to the rest and my smile is lovely. I will never go to another dentist! I took my 9yo son for a check up as well, and my son was calm and relaxed throughout due to Dr Cherry's gentle methods.

Fantastic experience: Hi There Folks, I would like to express my appreciation to Dr Lew Steinberg and his staff at Elwood Family Dentist. They offer extremely professional services and always strive to calm patients who may be anxious about having dental work carried out. In the time I have been receiving dental treatment , I have always been rather nervy on the day - but not anymore; not since receiving treatment from Dr Steinberg. He and his staff perform their work in a calm, deliberate and relaxed manner after first taking time to explain carefully to the patient on what is to occur. Dr Steinberg (the gentle giant) is a very caring, approachable and reassuring person and the atmosphere within the clinic can be described as one where happy people are working together. In the 50 odd years I have been seeing dentists, I must declare that Dr Steinberg's operation is the best ever. Furthermore, the costs are reasonable. I believe you will be very pleased, like me, if you decide to have them manage your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr lew is a legend and very trustworthy. Recently moved away but went to him for a few years. Editted: had a root canal and multiple crowns done here. Had some serious dental work done here and Dr. Lew was very calming and will make you feel less anxious when you are there.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been for a checkup in a long time and I was a little nervous. But all the staff were very friendly and kind and Dr Steinberg took the time to listen to some particular needs I had and also to give me some options about future dental care. I feel very happy with the care I received.

Negative experience: Two days after visiting this clinic I developed the worst mouth infection I have ever had, that lasted about a week. It was extremely painful like knives under my tongue. There is no other explanation than that I picked it up when I got my teeth checked. I called but the clinic took no responsibility for it. A friendly place but I won’t be going back!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous coming here as I haven't been to a dentist in a few years. There was a nice calm and relaxing atmosphere as soon as I entered which helped ease my nerves and all the staff were really friendly. My first appointment was with the oral health therapist Teo, she was very informative and gentle with my clean. Usually my dental appointments are very rushed but Teo reassured me due to her professional and comforting nature. Highly recommend! Looking forward to my next visit :)
