Fantastic experience: My experience here today was fantastic. Speaking as someone who's not overly fond of the Dentist in the past, The communication, friendliness, and care throughout today's procedure from Renee & Sally was amazing. Definitely recommend this clinic if you feel like I did before trying Subi Square Dental

Fantastic experience: After some bad experiences in the past with another dentist I tried Subiaco square dental today for the first time after a friend recommended them to me for being gentle!! Dr John Collins and his assistant were amazing. Very gentle and took a lot of time to check my teeth. Definitely would recommend him to patients that are ‚scared of dentists‘!!

Fantastic experience: Never a bad experience at Subiaco Square Dental. My kids love their friendly approach. They have enough experienced staff that you can always get in. But a small enough practice that everyone knows you for personalised service.

Fantastic experience: I've just done my fillings with Dr zeidrie about a week ago and my experience was great. Usually, I'm nervous in this kind of procedure but i felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The staff and manager are great and friendly.

Positive experience: The dentists and hygienists I’ve had here are great, the problem is that more than half of my appointments are cancelled or rescheduled. They are also generally running late. Today I went for an 11am appointment. When I walked in I was told they were running 15 mins behind. I had another appointment so would need to be done in an hour. After waiting I was told they were running even further behind but another dentist could see me. I waited until 1130 when I left because by that point my appointment would be rushed. I have no complaints about the dentists, but if you have any sort of strict schedule do not go here. I work and have two little kids so I can’t keep having appointments cancelled last minute. It’s unfortunate because the dentists are good, but I regret coming here, it’s been such a headache changing my work schedule or organising childcare only to have appointments cancelled or so late I can’t stay. I will be finding a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: Today, I met Mary who is Dental Hygienist. Mary is so good which I have no wards. She cleaned my teeth tooth by tooth and she takes excellent care. I have been going to the Dentist for more than 45 years and I have never came across a Hygienist like her. I feel that she is the best and I recommend anyone to see her. Hope Mary lives a very long life so that she can look after all of us.

Fantastic experience: Strongly recommend this place!! Wen & Renee were absolutely amazing during my check up today! All staff there to be honest are very professional & friendly. I knew nothing about cleaning/maintaining my teeth, but here they have helped educate me on how to look after my teeth. I’m now not shy to smile & show my teeth!! Thank you!

The entire staff, from the receptionists to the dental hygienists and dentists, were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They are commitment to patient care. They take the time to get to know you as an individual, and tailor their treatment to meet your unique needs and concerns. It's clear that they're not just focused on providing excellent dental care, but also on building lasting relationships with their patients.

Fantastic experience: To be honest, not a huge fan of dentists…. BUT, my visit here was completely different! Renae and Dr John, were so welcoming and friendly, they really made for a pleasant experience. I was never “upsold” on things I don’t need and they did a fantastic job, highly recommended these guys, I was very impressed

Fantastic experience: Went in as an emergency next day appointment given. Dentist was very thorough, had examination and 2 x.rays, she gave me to treatment options, i chose antibiotics. Thought the price she charged was reasonable £82. Thanks very much

Fantastic experience: A fantastic Dental clinic. Dr Sally and her team are always friendly, professional and pleasant. Sally always give clear explanations of what treatment may be needed and is highly knowledgeable. She is very gentle and I always feel comfortable during dental treatments.

Fantastic experience: Sally is a fantastic dentist and I would highly recommend anyone to see her. She always explains her reasoning behind what she does and has always addressed any concerns I’ve had. Sally has also been very accommodating recently in providing me with an emergency dental repair, managing to add me on to her already full list with little notice.

Negative experience: I visited this dental practice about 5 times over the last couple of years. I was left very displeased after my last couple of visits. On these last two visits I was treated by a different dental practitioner to my previous visits, whose name I dont care to recall as she was so undewhelming and unpleasant. She was the most thoughtless, rough and rude dentist I've ever been treated by. I was almost in tears when left there. Also on my second last visit I was yelled at by the bad tempered receptionist. I definitely dont recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a professional and caring service.

Fantastic experience: I've never enjoyed going to the dentist so much until I moved to Subiaco Square - Sally, Poppy and the team are so friendly and fun whilst being absolute professionals and legends in their fields. Would recommend them to anyone from your grandma to your grandkids! :)

Fantastic experience: After a 5 year period of avoiding dentists I was very apprehensive and chose carefully. Fortunately for me a friend recommended Dr Sally. She is very open and friendly and describes treatments in easy to understand language. I am very happy with result. Her practice is conveniantly located and has a very happy vibe.

Fantastic experience: I'm a total wimp when it comes to dentists following a horrible experience years ago and hence why I hadn't been to a dentist for quite some time But a broken molar meant I needed to source a new dentist. Sally came highly recommended and I can say she's turned me. She was gentle, reassuring and sorted the issue straight away.

The staff were all very nice and welcoming and Sally in particular was great! Very comprehensive and professional service. I was amazed at all of the things she covered in the consultation and certainly left with a smile on my face! Overall, couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: My 20+ daughter fainted and fell, breaking her upper jawbone (maxilla), damaging many teeth and piercing her bottom lip all the way through. She received emergency surgery at RPH but was discharged within 24 hours although she could not talk, eat or swallow and was given some medication but no instructions what to expect or how to look after her wounds. First stop was Dr Sally who was absolutely amazing. She adjusted my daughter's metal brace so it was comfortable and provided much needed information and outlined possible long-term outcomes. As well as this, she provided details of maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists and periodontists as all these specialists (and Dr Sally) will be needed. I can't praise Dr Sally, Ashley and the practice staff enough for the excellent care, knowledge and advice they provided at the time and continue to provide through the long-term. I would also like to add that Dr Sally extracted one of my wisdom teeth a few months ago. The entire process took approximately 15 minutes and I felt so comfortable afterwards that I went straight to a hair dresser for a trim and then some reward shopping. I was further pleasantly surprised the following day to receive a phone call from Ashley checking how I was. No matter what your dental issue may be, I would recommend this amazing dental practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Quite simply the most incredible dentist I have ever encountered in the many places I've lived throughout the UK, Australia and NZ. I always receive detailed information and pricing about my treatment which is very reasonable priced for a service that is second to none. Dr Sally is one in a million!

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists but Sally made me feel comfortable. She has a great sense of humor and I walked out with a big smile. Would highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I would give this practice zero stars if I could. I went here a month ago to have a bridge reattached. Paid the procedure more than 300 dollars.After the procedure I felt pain when I bite but I thought it will pass since it is the result of the procedure. One month in, I still cannot eat properly on that side of the mouth. Called the clinic to ask for the problem to be remedied and was told I will be charged for the exam. A simple procedure turned into a major complication and I will probably have to spend around 1,-000 dollars total for what was supposed to be an "affordable" procedure. Pay more money and get things done right!

Fantastic experience: I immediately felt at home, when I walked into the clinic. I was treated great by the staff, and Dr. Ellen is very warm and knowledgeable and her chair-side manner is perfect. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
