Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff at Reception. Saw Dr Sherry for dental procedure .She was very professional, patient and caring. Dr Amgad was very informative and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: The dentist there charged more than 400-500 when he did my kid's cleaning and now when they are in pain I had to pay so much out of pocket because their medicare is finished. Be careful and check how much he uses of your children's medicare before you leave!! Edit: The kids have cleaning and it's always around $150. this is the first time there's so many items on the receipt for a simple clean that was rushed in under 10 minutes and their teeth weren't even cleaned properly

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen a dentist in years and after some searching I found White and Bright Dental. I'm so glad I chose them as Dr. Sous was patient, calming and put me at ease as I was very anxious. He explained all my options and helped me decide which was the best way to go with no pressure or urgency. Very professional and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing this dentist now for a few years and have found them to be very professional and well priced. Today I took my special needs daughter to the dentist for the first time in a couple of years as the last time we went to the dentist she tried biting the dentists finger off! The experience today was very different, my daughter was made feel very comfortable, the consultation wasn’t rushed and the dentist still has all his fingers . I cannot recommend this dentist enough and I wish them the very best for the future.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most professional, caring, and skilled dentist I have EVER had! I initially came in for a second opinion about a tooth that was bothering me. The previous dentist I went to said I needed a root canal and wanted to charge thousands of dollars with very little explanation. When Dr. Sous saw me, he was patient, understood that I didn't like dentist offices very much, and talked me through everything he was doing. He knew I was on a tight budget so he gave me a breakdown of the costs for ALL options, didn't judge me, and really empowered me to feel that I was in control of my oral health. In the end, he could have done a root canal and made a decent amount of money off of me, but he was honest and told me he thought he could save the tooth and informed me of the risks and benefits of any choice I decided. In the end, I'm out of pain, I feel valued, and my tooth was saved! Thank you so much White and Bright Dental, you have a new permanent patient! And if there are those out there questioning on whether to come here, do it! You won't regret it!

He recently removed four of my young son's suborn baby teeth, and I was amazed at how he managed my son's anxiety and unease throughout the process. Very professional but friendly as well and did a great job for wisdom teeth extraction. Will definitely be going back for the next extraction.

I was a little apprehensive as I’d been going to the same dentist for years but needed to look for a new one after relocating. Dr. Sous was so informative and a perfectionist designing the perfect crown. I really can’t tell the difference between the crown and my natural teeth, I’m very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache and was fortunate to be squeezed in on the same day and saw Dr Kay. She was extremely informative about the root canal treatment I needed and reassured my about the importance of keeping the tooth instead of extracting it. I am so thankful to have listened to her advice and am completely out of pain with a great tooth in tact

Negative experience: The dentists here use a dirty camera lense to make it appear you have more decay than normal. I was told I needed 9 fillings as opposed to 3 by another dentist recommended by my health fund. This business should not be recommended by health funds. I was mislead into thinking my teeth were in a worse condition than they were. What a waste of money, I got a clean which lasted all of a few minutes where when you get a clean elsewhere it’s at minimum 20 minutes. The dentist cut my gums with the cleaning tool and made me out to be dramatic. Never again, if you check reviews before going to place’s definitely take note of this one. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin ? To simply describe it this was easily the best experience going to a dentist I’ve ever had. The whole team from front staff to dental assistant and dentist were lovely. Caroline was very professional and highly skilled. She was very honest from the beginning and explained to me the options I had for my treatment. Caroline is beyond good at what she does and her experience in dentistry really showed during my treatment. I barely felt anything throughout the entire process and the results were incredible. If you’re like me and your someone that hates going to the dentist because it’s simply an uncomfortable experience. White and bright is simply the place to go. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Amgad Sous for about 10 years at this Dentist and his previous one. Not looking after my teeth in my twenties, developing peridontal disease and being scared of dentists, I had been needing to see the dentist. Over the years Dr Sous has helped me control the disease, and maintain a much healthier mouth. He knew of my fears and my OCD, so he is always happy to answer any of my questions and makes sure I am relaxed when there. I can't thank him enough for the time he has been there, and same goes for Dr Kay & Dr George at times he isn't. A big thanks to Hiba, plus the other dental assistants and receptionists also :)

I was in pain and tried to hold it off for the next day but couldn’t handle it and searched near and far on google for a dentist that can do the job 11pm at night and this dentist was sooo kind and did the job for me even though it was so late! Fantastic experience: Having had sensitive teeth in the past I was a little cautious when signing up for the teeth whitening service at White and Bright. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the care and particular attention that I received from the staff during the entire process. White and Bright also carry the best teeth whitening machine in the market (Phillips Zoom) which was reassuring. I have not experienced any major issues with sensitivity. Needless to mention the fantastic results I have achieved! My teeth have become significantly whiter and I feel very happy with the overall process.

Fantastic experience: Today, I visited White and Bright Dental and I was impressed by the care and attentive nature of the dentists there. I was highly petrified but was reassured and given quality care. The treatment process was painless and I left feeling happy. The dentists are highly professional and affordable. The surgery is clean very hygienic and defientely of a high standard.
