Fantastic experience: Today 4/12/25 was my first time at dapto Family dental for an extraction of a bad tooth Can I just say totally awsome the staff totally amazing and very caring and my dentist also So good infact I pretty much just kicked back i didnt even know the tooth was out until he said "all done" Very very professional and caring staff And highly recommend every one to see these guys first

Fantastic experience: Dr Kalo is absolutely incredible. The compassion and empathy he brings to every session is so comforting, and he explains everything so understandably. When getting even the most confronting work done to your teeth, he makes it less scary and is very gentle. 10/10, would recommend.

Will was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was a bit nervous going in, but he made the whole procedure completely painless and stress-free. The team at Dapto Family Dental were also super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Fantastic experience: After some pretty terrible advice and experience at another dentist, the super lovely receptionist at Dapto Family Dental encouraged me to come in for a second opinion. After seeing Dr William Kalo I was filled with hope. He actually, through his expertise and experience, was able to save a tooth that I was suffering from extreme anxiety over. I mean I think it’s fair to say that I would never trust another dentist. Dr Kalo is really the best I’ve ever seen. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dental practise!! Dapto Family Dental have amazing technology in a one-stop-shop, so they can take x-rays etc on the premises, without having to wait for results. The customer service is excellent and Dr Will takes the time to describe and answer questions regarding procedures he will be doing. I underwent a deep clean, without feeling a thing, which is remarkable!!! If you need dental work, do yourself a favour and get along there. You can be confident you are getting the best care. To my surprise, the entire process is customer centric and there is little discomfort in teeth cleaning while the result is amazing.

Negative experience: Dapto Family Dental removed my wisdom teeth in the chair. I called the day before and asked if I needed to do or bring anything in preparation and they said no. On the day the admin and dentist had not communicated and it turns out they had run out of the medicine I needed and gave me a script and sent me across the road to source my own medicine. This lead to my procedure being delayed. During the procedure the dentist scraped off part of the top layer of my tongue. It became infected. Separate from the normal difficulties after wisdom teeth removal, I had to rotate my head 90 degrees to eat foods so they wouldn’t come into contact with the infected area of my tongue. It was awful. I have since changed to a different dentist.

Fantastic experience: So grateful for the team at Dapto Family Dental! I needed fillings redone as they were previously done incorrectly (from another dental surgery). Yung & Mirna looked after me and got it all done so quickly! Finally found my regular dentist, thank you team!

Yungs service has been by far the best I’ve experienced to date. Her professionalism and calming attitude made my appointment very enjoyable, which for me is unheard of when it comes to “going to the dentist”. Fantastic experience: It is truly great to be in a clinic that provides a professional and caring approach to the dental experience. Some dental clinic has inexpensive but it's not worth paying, others dental clinic is expensive and still doesn't deliver what you want. My wisdom teeth had been extracted at Dapto Family Dental at a reasonable cost. Thank you Dr. Nitin Dhanani. They also provide general dental care treatment, cosmetic dental treatment, and dental implants treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had gone to Dapto Family Dental for cleaning and check-up, and the experience was good. Dentist Dr. Nitin Dhanani had done extraordinary dental work. He is highly detail-oriented, a perfectionist, and very kind. He had cleaned every little corner. I was so delighted with the final outcome; one of my relatives even had questioned me if I had whitened my teeth. This is how well he had cleaned my teeth.

Pain free dentistry and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made my necessary extractions etc. John is the best dentist I've ever been to and I'm no longer fearful of visiting the dentist! Fantastic experience: John was so friendly and set my mind at ease as I am on Warfarin and had previously experienced a lot of mucking around to get my teeth out. Sheree was very nice and made sure everything was looked after while John was extracting / cleaning my teeth. Kylie was great in making appointments and payments afterwards. Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Capps Dental for many, many years, and having come from Sydney, I was very concerned about the level of experience and service I would receive from a dental practice in the area, once I move to Wollongong. Dr Capp, I have to say, is one of the most experienced, professional dentists I have come across. As most people, I have an oversion to visiting a dentist, but Dr Capp was wonderful, no pain, in fact, he uses the best dental products, and I have to thank him profusely, as he even managed to get rid of a couple of food traps that I had suffered with for years, that were caused by other dentists when changing fillings. I can’t recommend Capps Dental at DAPTO any higher, in fact I have recently moved to Queensland, and I intend to return to Wollongong to continue to have my teeth looked after by Dr Capp.
