Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a lovely experience at Keilor Dental. Asha at reception is absolutely wonderful — so kind, supportive, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. My dentist, Dr Afna (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name), was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain and recommend exactly what needed to be done without any pressure. I had a dental clean and my bottom wires replaced, and everything was handled with so much care. She also let me know that if my wires ever get unhooked, she would replace them for free, which really shows how much they care about their patients. The aftercare is amazing and I genuinely feel like I’m in great hands. Lovely experience, great staff, and incredibly supportive in so many ways. I would definitely recommend Keilor Dental.

This extends to customer service. Ayesha the receptionist, is a lovely person to talk to, genuinely caring and compassionate, whilst funny and professional. This is the place to go to when you’re afraid of the dentist! Now I look forward to it because I know I am in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: Visited the dental clinic in a state of very severe pain. Was attended to post haste. Staff were immediately engaging. Very professional and efficient. Didn't even feel the injections. In a matter of 1/2 hour or so , it was all over. Follow up was enormous with information and advice. Have certainly got me. And what's more they are within the plaza which has unlimited parking. Outstanding, power to them

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience, Dr. Fallon and all of the staff were so lovely and it was great to have the TV screen to watch while I was getting my check up! Will happily be back again for my next appt.

Negative experience: Staff and dentist seemed unfamiliar with their own equipment and couldn't get various systems to work, including their x-ray machines. It took 20 minutes longer than it should've to finish my session. A few weeks later my gums are still quite sensitive so the underlying issues haven't been identified. Last nail in the coffin for this business for me was coming back a few weeks later to find out my kids' appointments had been cancelled without notice. When I arrived the staff insisted they had called me and I proved through my call history that they hadn't. They eventually admitted they had the wrong number on file for my kids. It could've been easily resolved if they had looked at contact numbers for other family members on their system, as they have the correct number on file under their parent's record. Trying to gaslight one's own customers is a bad business strategy. They should've admitted to their fault immediately rather than pretending they legitimately contacted us prior to our appointments.
