Sophia is an exceptional dentist with a gentle and precise touch, making the whole process incredibly smooth and comfortable. Her bedside manner is fantastic, and you can tell she is a true craftsman at her work. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They made me feel at ease right away, and the overall care I received was top-notch. The receptionist was incredibly helpful. Sophia and her assistant were excellent during my procedure, providing great aftercare advice and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of care is outstanding. I highly recommend Sophia and her team to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!

Girls at front counter were super friendly & helpful but the dentist was AMAZING! Really put me at ease & continued to make sure I was fine during my extraction. There was no rush and all was completed with consideration of my dental hygiene. This is a 5-star dental experience that I highly recommend.

From receptionist Beau who was incredibly helpful when I called in pain on a Saturday and got me a cancellation apt on the Monday to giving me a courtesy call the day after my apt to see how I was going, thank you so much. To my fab dentist and dental assistant, Erica and Ebony who very very quickly and calmly whipped a problem wisdom tooth out for me, thank you!! Great after care advice and I’m sure if I had any dramas they would have been more than happy for me to contact them again for a solution but no problems post surgery, yay! So lovely and professional, great pricing too. Very happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist in town. I have had many visits there and every time the customer service is A+++. I even brought my two young daughters to have their checkups and the dentist looked after them and made them feel super comfortable. Plus they have afterpay and smile fund makes it super affordable. The dentists, practice manager and the receptionist the whole team well done!!

Fantastic experience: Managed to get in on short notice (a few days), to find out my pain was from a wisdom tooth doing something silly. From telling me what the issue was to walking out the door with my top wisdom teeth extracted took about 10 minutes. Tom was my dentist and I highly recommend him. He was efficient, proficient, inspired confidence, and easy on the eyes ;) Even without health cover I would say this place is reasonably priced (compared to Cairns anyway). Con: they don't have their own xray/opg machine. Con: they didn't appreciate my very wrong and quite sick sense of humour. Pro: they let me take my wisdom teeth home. Pro: Tom taking my wisdom teeth out was the fastest part of the whole encounter. Quite literally I think 5-15 SECONDS for each tooth. And yes I was sh**ting myself.

Fantastic experience: The guys were awesome and did a fantastic job on my tooth and has come up a treat in a short time so really happy with the whole experience. Only negative with them is, they must be doing too good of a job as it takes a week to get in. Keep up the good work guys.

Positive experience: Can't fault Dr Mary Jane Bateman on the clean I received - very thorough. What I CAN fault is that I got a quote for a clean at $165 when I booked, then afterwards they tried to give me a bill in excess of $600 kindly told me they discounted it down from over $1000! Thankfully no argument from them when I questioned the price & said I was quoted $165 - invoice changed, and I paid $165 as quoted.
