Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my extraction. Some of the best work I've had done for a extraction and the team is great at reassuring you throughout the healing process. Was a very nervous patient but was kept calm, safe and reassured the whole time. Rang a few days after extraction just to check in regarding some usual pain and the amazing receptionist is so kind, made sure to let me know to call back before the end of the day if I feel any worse before the weekend comes and will check in Monday morning.

Fantastic experience: Mt first visit today and overall a great experience. All staff were welcoming, pleasant and attentive. I had not experienced before such a thorough initial assessment and detailed explanation of outcomes. Well done to the team at Vinnova Dental.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area and had not yet found a dentist when unfortunately I broke a tooth right down to the gum. I called Vinnova Dental in Thurgoona (as they were local) and they fit me in straight away. Dr Mandavilli was lovely, explained my options and I chose extraction. Despite there not being much of the tooth left above the gum, she was able to remove it (the roots) in one piece, in just a few minutes. I had virtually no bleeding and no pain thanks to the fantastic job by Dr Mandavilli. Her assistant Hannah and receptionist Lisa were lovely and caring as well. Overall a lovely visit to the dentist - which is saying something!! (Sally Illes)

I’m typically very anxious, especially when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Mandavilli made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was incredibly patient, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and gentle approach truly helped me manage my nerves. I appreciate how much effort she put into making my experience as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Mandavilli !!

I recently took my 3-year-old for his very first dental visit, and I was a little nervous about how he would handle it. However, from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel so welcome and at ease. A special shoutout to Hannah, the dental assistant, who went above and beyond to make my little one feel comfortable. She took the time to show him all the dental tools, explaining what each one does in a way that made him excited instead of nervous. He was fascinated and completely engaged the entire time! The dentist was also incredibly patient and kind, making sure his first experience was a positive one. By the end of the visit, my son was actually asking when he could come back—something I never expected from a toddler’s first trip to the dentist! I am so grateful for the care, patience, and attention to detail that the entire team provided. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly, caring, and professional dental practice, I highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

They are patient and very easy to communicate with! They also took my appointment on very short notice! I’ll be back in the near future for my check up and any other teeth required matters !

Fantastic experience: I very reluctantly walked through the doors with a massive fear of dentists after a decade of not stepping foot in a dental surgery. Sruthi had her work cut out for her!!!!!! Sruthi had to baby me along to get all the work done. I have absolute confidence in her and can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me. Because I have absolute trust in her I'm now at the age of 65 keeping my own teeth and not having to be fitted for dentures!!!!! The entire team at Vinnova are fantastic. I can't recommend them enough for anyone with a mortal fear of dentists.
