Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice! All the staff are friendly, the facilities are modern and clean. Dr Mary Moss is very skilled, great at explaining things and extremely welcoming and kind. My little kids go here too and they've both had excellent experiences, all the staff made such a big effort to make them feel comfortable (they both were given balloons on their first visit and a little goodies back with toothbrush etc.). I also love that they play Mr Bean on the ceiling for you to watch while you're getting your teeth done!

However, Dr. Mary Moss at Castle Cove Family Dental completely changed that for me. She has such a gentle touch that you truly forget you’re even at the dentist. I couldn’t be more grateful for the beautiful smile she’s given me. Now, I smile with confidence and no longer feel the need to hide behind my hand. Words aren’t enough to express how wonderful and friendly the entire staff at Castle Cove Family Dental is. They make every visit feel easy and welcoming. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mary and the team however made me feel super relaxed and the quality of their work is unmatched. Fantastic experience: My 2 recent dental work , with 2 different dentist’s was very helpful , thorough work and very compassionate , as they do their work to ensure that you are comfortable , safe and let you know and understand : with your teeth and gums , what they have worked on and what may be causing your pain , sensitivity and show you the teeth and say what needs to be worked on at home.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfactoryfrom my phone call to the minute all done and i was out on my way home. Very caring attitude from reception to dental nurse to dentist. Not just the one time but consistently over the years.

Fantastic experience: As usual, Dr. Melissa was fantastic, and your staff was great too. The girls always get excited to see her, and I always enjoy talking to her about Japan, food, and more.

Negative experience: One of the dental nurses (I won’t publicly name and shame) is incredibly rough and dismissive when you tell them their actions are hurting you. Multiple people in my extended family attend this practice and we’ve all had the same experience so it’s not just one person being “sensitive” as this nurse told me. We’ve moved our whole family to another practice and the difference is night and day, our child who was terrified of the dentist when they attended this practice is now actually requesting to go and see our new dentist when we drive past. Take your family elsewhere for treatment or request that the dentist does the cleaning.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with this practice. Tried to make an appointment for a patient with a pre-existing health condition. The practice repeatedly failed to get back to me with the info needed for the person to attend. In total I followed them up (by phone and in person) 4 times. They asked for a full medical history from a specialist which we provided, then months later, 2 days before the appointment (when I followed up again, since I hadn't heard from them) advised that I had to contact the GP for more information. My feeling is that the practice either has a low level of expertise (is unable to deal with anything but straight forward cases), or is extremely disorganized, or both. Also they are very expensive (More then $100 more than our private health pays per check up appointment). Won't be going there again.

Negative experience: Always running late. Space out your appointments, it's not that hard Charges for an abundance of things you never ask for. Rude, verging on scam

Fantastic experience: do love the lovely pinky modern vibe in this place. I got up with a severe pain in wisdom tooth and was looking for someplace could do me a quick and efficient interim treatment, they squeezed some time for me even if I didn’t have a booking. the doctor are receptionist are both nice and gentle. Proud of this place and castle cove.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was nervous about getting two teeth pulled out in prep for braces. Melissa came into the waiting room and was so friendly, welcoming and instantly made us relaxed. She was so professional, patient and lovely to my daughter and took the time to explain what was happening to her. I can’t believe I am saying this but going to the orthodontist was a fun experience! Fantastic experience: Service is fantastic, all the dentists are very caring and lovely (would be great for kids too). I've had 2 emergencies so far and they always manage to fit me in on the day that I call. I'm so glad I've found a great dental practice. Prices are also very reasonable.
